Thank you for these meditation series. I have a brain injury after neurosurgery to remove a tumour, I really appreciate this meditation that is specifically tailored towards brain recovery which I totally believe is possible with time and continued practice. Thank you so much for all your work and genuine care Xo 🙏☺️

I am so very grateful for your work. I feel the most understood by you. This helps me to know what I feel is normal. To believe my fear, my sadness, my grief is understandable. Because of that I am stronger to continue on this journey. You are truly a blessing x

Wow. I'm new to the channel, and didn't know you had done this in a part 1;2..
I don't have a TBI, but worked in a TBI rehab facility years ago. Sure wish we had tools like this back then.
I'm going to watch p1 before I finish watching p2. So I can get the whole effect. Thank You.

This was really strong.. that timing of the whole thing.. im not sure if it was a coincidence or totally on purpose.. i got goosebumps multiple times like a release of something that ive hold on to in my body that i dont need anymore.. a tear was running down my face just when you said that the first rain drop fell then just when you said more rain drops
Where falling a tear was on its way from my other eye..
    Felt so powerful
I really hope this will help me.. i havent been in a huge accident or anything but i got a concussion and ive been struggling with low mental energy.. my brain gets tired very easily and when it becomes too much it ends in a physical reaction and attacks that looks like anxiety attacks but my brain just like overheat and throw me into an anxiety like state where i cant stop it and calm it down..
Looking foward to both listen to this again and to find the third session
But thank you for pushing those tears through i really felt like i let go of something that has build up deep within me
