I work at the pharmacy at CVS..we need more hours Larry.
CVS is beyond fked up. They have terrible customer service and do not bother following up. I am appalled at the low level of service compared to the exorbitant rates for their insurance. DO NOT BUY THEIR INSURANCE!!!

Hey Larry, are you going to give more hours for the pharmacy now that Cvs purchase Aetna? You know it's gonna be more of a jungle with new customers coming in and Cvs stores don't have hours... You say customer service is priority then show with upping hours for pharmacy and front store. It's like a ghost town every Cvs you go. You guys buy Aetna and target pharmacy but you don't take care of the ones that are bringing in the money. That's you're store employees.

I know this interview was a couple of years ago but that guy who said that because of the Mandate thousands will die because they have to use what they would pay for their insurance on the penalty for the ACA is interesting because it seems like he's implying that before the Mandate thousands of people would be alive if it wasn't for Obama Care? Anyway if this merger goes through I can see the benefits that the same time and give CVS Health a huge Monopoly on Health Services. Will they use it to lower prices and help consumers or will they screw doctors practices and other health facilities in order to line their pockets and force people to go to them because eventually they'll be their only source to go to which means they could charge whatever they want?
The only solution is national medical coverage under Medicare. 😐
