ISO Class 7 Modular PIR Cleanroom

ISO Class 7 Modular Cleanroom built by Monmouth Scientific for Meadex Rubber Mouldings Limited in Ross-on-Wye. Monmouth assisted the customer through the design and specification process to ensure the customer received the best product possible for their application.
The free-standing cleanroom consists of two work areas and a change area. It measures 9m x 9m and offers a 3m internal height. The whole system took just seven days to complete on site and incorporates a PIR walling system, walk-on ceiling and 13 high volume HEPA filters giving 75 complete air changes per hour. The whole system is controlled by Monmouth's unique Visionaire 7" touchscreen controller.
Established in 1979, Meadex Rubber Mouldings has over 35 years experience in manufacturing a wide range of rubber, plastic and silicone mouldings for a vast range of industries.
Meadex has unrivalled experience supplying quality injection mouldings to British manufacturing with full ISO9001 and Automotive ISO/TS16949 accreditations.
The addition and validation of the Monmouth Cleanroom will enable Meadex to produce items for Medical customers and those seeking a particulate free product.
