I recently bought the Instant Vortex and my version has both sync and match. I like it and think it is very good.. I like your videos, they are very informative. Keep them coming..
Thank you for the nice comment 👍, Yes, you are right. I have just checked it, The new version of Instant has match lock and sync mode, I assume that's why mine was reduced as an older model, Thank you for letting me know I will update this in the description.
Thanks so much for this, im torn between the two!! I actually prefer the aesthetics of InstantPot products but you might have persuaded me the Ninja! Thank you.
Hi thank you for the nice comment, I used to use the Instant vortex but now I use Ninja, one thing I did notice about the Instant is that about after 6 months of use the non stick on the griddle started to wear out, making it harder to wash, so far the Ninja has been ok but time will tell.
Great video - bought the Ninja Megazone air fryer today and as I've never any air-fryer before, I found this really helpful. Ours is waiting to be tried out but I really liked the option of having 1 big drawer OR 2 small ones - the sync function I'm sure will come in handy. Appreciate your explanation of how they work and especially showing what the cooking results are like - covered all the bases for me....good job!
Hi, I also bought this 3 days ago...and am going to take it back, for a number of reasons: 1) While the conversion to one big area seems great at first, if you do use the two zones, you will be pulling out each item, every time you want to check one side as it only has one pull out tray. Also, if you use both zones at the same time, it says in the fine print (somewhere!), that the overall heat and timing will be longer. I'd like to think I know my way around a kitchen, however, in the three meals I have attempted, I have not found anything that has taken a shorter time than cooking on a stove or using an oven. The roasted veggies I tried and cooked for 55 minutes were rubbery and still not cooked through. The roast which was on 'hold' was actually starting to cook from the heat of the other side, I'm guessing. Perhaps the better way to go is to have two separate small ones!
Ninja beats all the competition hands down. Best functionality, versatility, and looks! Aesthetic-wise all the ninja air fryer are artistic in appearance, streamlined and space saving.
I love Ninja products so i rushed out to buy this new air fryer even though i have the larger 2 draw Ninja air fryer that isn’t a year old yet. Sorry to say i wasn’t happy with this new version. When i used zone 1 with a high temperature zone 2 was almost just as hot even though i set it for a much lower temperature. The divider between the draws heats up so much the other zone is burning hot. I had something in z1 on air fry 210C and something warming in z2 that ended up burning because it heated up much too hot from z1.
Thanks for your feedback, yes the other drawer gets hot but after a few uses you will get to know the temperatures to set, so the food doesn't burn, I haven't really had any problems with the temperatures, maybe you just have a faulty air fryer
Which handle system do you find easier to use?....I like the Ninja handles on the side and would like to see them extend even further towards the back so you could carry the whole drawer easily while filled with food. Do the front handles on the Instant work as well?
Thank you so much for this informative video . I live in the Seychelles , so my new airfryer would have to be imported . My , possibly strange , question is - what is the measurement from the bottom of the basket to the actual element ? My 10-year-old Philips , which l love but will need replacing soon , is a bit small in height for any chicken larger than 1.3kgs and l don't always want to debone or spatchcock it . Many thanks ❤
Hi Sally thank you for the nice comment 👍 The height of the basket is 11 cm with the bottom griddle still in place and 13 cm with it removed, I have given measurements in this video ruclips.net/video/-FeJwIpBpKA/видео.htmlsi=CTkeFOK1d3PqO_1T
I purchased the Vortex plus last year as I couldn't get a Ninja for love or money. They were sold out every where so I opted for the Vortex. No regrets , I love that I can see what's happening without having to open the draws. @@its-review-time
Hi Peter, thanks again for the nice comment 👍, the drawer weighs about 2.3 kg, and yes, you can cook a whole chicken in it, I have cooked a 1.65 kg chicken and it fitted in well

Hi they are both very good air fryers, I have been using the Instant vortex for the last 3 months as I considered it to be the best for my needs as I prefer the larger oven to two smaller ovens, I have now changed to the Ninja as I prefer it, If you are willing to spend the extra money I would say Ninja, otherwise Instant Vortex is still a great Air Fryer
I have put the griddles in the dishwasher, and they both come out fine, I have never put the baskets in the dishwasher, they are quite big and would take up half the dishwasher so it would be a big waste of space to do that. So far I have washed them in the sink and they both wash easily.
@@its-review-time actually i tried my vortex basket in the dishwasher and after few months it broke so clearly i dont think any of the baskets are dishwasher friendly

Thank you for the nice comment 👍, I have reviewed a lot of air fryers in the last few months, and so far, I feel the Ninja megazone is my favourite.

Wow, looks like that Ninja can do everything including beat sync
👍
This was so informative. Great video. New sub, keep it up!

Yes the Ninja is very good 👍
I think the Ninja looks cheap and gimmicky.. the Instant looks much “higher-end”.
I like cheap and gimmicky…but aside from my prejudice; specs-wise ninja is the winner.
The instantpot does have sync and match function i believe, but its called something else
👍
As the Versazone has a grill function, it automatically makes it a far better option
👍

I find the Ninja ok to carry, but I definitely find the Instant vortex easier to hold if the air fryer is full and heavier.

My Ninja flexdrawer doesn't make a noise when it's finished cooking. Is this something they overlooked or is there a way I can turn it on and off 😅
My one is already like this so maybe it was overlooked
I got the Instant one yesterday for £99.99 but mine has 2 separate drawers instead of 1!
Yes it must be a different model
Thank you for your vidéo i Feel more confident To buy my first air fryer i Will be butin thé ninja
Thank you for the nice comment 👍 Yes the Ninja is probably the best air fryer this year.
The Instant Versazone is now £119 on Amazon, that is a compelling price point vs the Ninja, what's your thoughts?
That is definitely a good deal and worth buying

I've just received my Flexi drawer direct from ninja on line it cost me £119 . I'm delighted with it 👏😁
Thank you for another great review. Can you fit a whole chicken in the flex drawer fryer? Thank you
Peter

Thank you so much again for the speedy reply. Would you then recommend this air fryer? Take care and keep up the great reviews. Peter@@its-review-time

I am not sure. They may just have different code in different countries.
The size.....one is larger than the other. You can buy both models in the US....one is a 7quart and the other is a 11quart
Which of these units are louder when running? That’s one aspect I don’t enjoy about my current air fryer.
Hi, to me they sound almost the same, unfortunately all the Air fryers I have tested are quite loud
Have heard that Cosori is very quiet
which one of the 2 models would you prefer to recommend?

What's about washing those fryers? How dishwasher friendly they're?
