OK, so somebody knocked at my door the other day, a strange man that I don’t know and all of a sudden all of my ring cameras went off-line, and when I came to the door, he had a piece of paper in his hand and said he was looking for somebody, but it was a completely different person I don’t know this person or anything and as soon as he got back in his car and pulled off, all of my ring cameras came back online I wonder is that what he was using?
He was up to something and yes it could have been he had some kind of device maybe in his pocket or bag if you had noticed anything on him that’s weird but what you can do is check who is using your WiFi connection bc you can always block anyone that is trying to use your WiFi connection always keep a close eye on that especially when you’re living in close proximity of apartments or houses
@@husbandmanmediator9406I live in an apartment building and theres another one next door. How do I block those people when I go on my laptop on the taskbar where it says connections🤔🤔🤔🤔
Would it be able to hold itself up in a court of law? As the manufacturers have no legal responsibility to keep their product safe from other manufacturers products? Picture it like this. Imagine you are writing, and your pencils snap. Can you sue the pencil manufacturer for this?
I work in IT and I get people all the time asking me about cameras and I would never recommend a Wi-Fi camera for security. Wi-Fi is nowhere near as reliable as hardwared cameras and Wi-Fi is extremely easy to jam. Battery-operated Wi-Fi security cameras are easy to install but they're just not worth the money in my opinion. You are way better off spending a little extra money for hard wired PoE cameras. Buy a $15 RJ45 crimper and some RJ45 ends and some network cable, then do a RUclips search on how to crimp an RJ45 end. Then get a Poe switch, and a UniFi NVR then some UniFi cameras. The UniFi NVR is one of the easiest hard-wired camera systems I've ever seen to setup and adopt cameras.
@@Zeus-ww4rc I would look for a local small IT shop as their install rates are going to be lower, or even better if you know someone personally that works in IT. The big national IT firms like Marco are going to charge a lot more for the install and they might try to sell you a more expensive system.
Even if you're camera is hardwired you still won't get notifications of a break ins. Because in order to get notifications you're camera system must rely on an app on your phone
That's one of the biggest reasons why I have both wireless and wired camera systems!! Also both hooked up to a UPS system, so If someone kills my Wi-Fi & or power my wired cameras still record through the DVR (granted I wouldn't be able to view what's going on if I was away from home) but it's still recorded on my hidden DVR (And I know if they looked hard enough and long enough that can trace the wires and find DVR but you know nothing's perfect!!!
At my home I have a wired and wireless system both hooked up to a uneruptible power supply (UPS) The wired cameras don't go off Wi-Fi and record to a DVR. and if they kill my power the UPS switches over!!
They need to implement STIFER penalties for burglars and criminals! They also need to develop better protection for homes, not thru the internet where hackers live!! It's obvious there's hackers, so they need to create a better plan. People, GUNS can't be hacked!
They issue a warning, that is hilarious. Don't you remember like last month when some dude escaped a building that he robbed in front of a cop with the cop parked and his lights on? Where the lights considered a warning? Did the business owner get conflicted for the crap that was stolen and broken ? I'm trying to make it sound like they have this giant game plan of what they're going to do and how sophisticated they really are. No you guys don't know what the f*** is going on. Do your damn jobs and stop taking the easy money by giving us parking tickets for putting our wheels the wrong direction. Cars have parking prowl do your jobs and actually stop the bad people

How to say you don't live in the real world without actually saying it. I follow statistics and not emotions and stats haven't favored Republicans in a little under 40 years that means, in over 3 dozen years, Republicans have driven the economy down, strengthened gun violence, and brought us into unneeded wars. Just for uneducated people to vote for them to "stick it to the woke dems" I admit democrats need to get their crap together, but Republicans need a factory reset before they ruin this country further.

Jammers don't work on guns, and don't open the door for anyone you don't know or aren't expecting.
They aren’t doing home invasions.

To hell with going to sleep and getting a good night's rest to go to work. You need to stay awake, be up all night and don't forget to be vigilant.

Word of advice get CCTV cameras not wifi cameras
I wonder if you can sue the manufacturer who makes these things ??? What else would they actually be made for ???

Well.. the left are trying that with gun manufacturers. What's the difference?!
That's like suing a lock company because someone picked the lock

I think he meant the blocker devices. The products are probably being made by the same people.
Swap to cameras and security that dont require WiFi? Power over Ethernet is a good place to start.
