The Chinese sell more sophisticated Cellphone and Drone jamming devices online. Saw a video of Russian tanks with what appears to be similar to those available on line from China. There were jammers with adjustable and fixed frequencies. There were no restrictions or warnings to use or purchase.

And i feel for you asking this. Bluetooth and Wifi outdoor speakers should also be illegal. Can't figure why asshats have to make sure everybody everywhere has to listen to THEIR music,sports whatever. Could care less if the jammer is illegal at this point.

Could you block the jammer with a aluminium foil? Or a metal pan stainless steel pan/pot or anything?
You can yeah, the Faraday box I had it in was made with tinfoil. I have a video on it

They even fly into the village at night to see what we are doing. If I want to learn it, I will secretly kill them. GPS has L1, L2, and L5 bands. Most only block L1 or L1 and L2; but not L5.

How to block the radio signal or jam it with devices, e.g. computer keyboard etc. Because I had an attack and the one who did it knows my frequency of devices and knows when I turn on the computer etc.
To combat a jamming signal I believe the options are use wired connections, amplify the signal used to make the connections so it is "louder" than their jammer lol or, depending on frequency & direction, one could try & make a room have similar properties as a faraday cage.
We can do this using an hackRr portapack h2 too?

This is not illegal, it is only illegal to jame others without permission and this is a seriously old jammer that's no longer effective since 2016!
It's a multi frequency jammer that blasts RF on 3 frequency bands including GPS it's an indiscriminate jammer that is 100% illegal to use in an uncontained environment as you have no idea what you may be jamming. Check out the Ofcom section on jamming devices. GSM is not in wide use but it still jams and GPS still uses the same frequencies.

It would. Rolling codes stick to the same frequency it's just the contents of the packet that change each time

It's not legal to really test that but since some 4G frequencies are claimed to be in the 1.9ghz range then yes it might work

Doesnt it work by basically transmitting so many higher frequencies that it blocks all other wifi signals cus its flooding all the wifi channels with more than it can handle. Something along those lines?...maybe? So emf would be kind of like at a peak w this. I could totally be wrong so, ya idk wtv it's a wild guess so Yay for me if im even close to right and well, honestly idc if I'm completely wrong. I'll learn eventually while messing around with my new fun illegal gadgets, or perhaps just die from some extreme deadly emf exposure cus i tore it all apart and put it back together wrong. Regardless I'm pretty dead set on figuring out a way to destroy my stalkers illegal gadgets he's installed all over my home and property.

@Brains933 Have you try to implement a jamming device by using NRF24L01. I am finding that this one provides a longer action range on 2400GHz frequency.
