I love this song, and I love your reactions because you sharing your thoughts is so enlightening. I subscribe your feelings about the grumpiness felt in the day to day life in Europe. As I say many times we tend to cry with a fully belly. Love from Portugal ❤

When you were talking about being of the South African soil felt so familiar. I'm Canadian and live on the west coast (Vancouver Island) and I'm right there with you, brother. This is my soil, where I'm planted. Peace, my friend.

Fil, such an remarkable song on all levels. Inspired me to get involved and discover more music from other continents. Yeah, Peter is something else. More to come from his back catalogue.
    #QcumberSquad #PlayingForChange #PeterGabriel - Fil, I'm off back to the study.

It now has a memorial to his memory. The number of people who died is usually given as 176, with estimates up to 700. The original government figure claimed only 23 students were killed; and the number of wounded was estimated to be over 1,000 people.

-We can see a classic scene with this song, on the TV show "Miami Vice" in the 1980's, (in last scene of the episode: 'Evan')
