Baggalini bags are AWESOME! They are machine washable. But you don’t need to order online. Always check T J Maxx, Marshall’s, or Ross stores for them. They usually have them in several sizes and colors for around $25. or less…that’s not thrift store price, but it’s definitely better than online. Great find! It looks really clean too.

I use a lint roller on my lamp shades to clean dust from them.
Wasn’t sure if anyone mentioned what the the board with the “lip” was exactly for.
My father-in-law made them for us girls.
Ours was cutting board and you turn it over and let the “lip” catch the edge of a table or counter so it won’t move.
I was going to say the same. That one was from Ikea - I have the exact same one in my kitchen.
I really like the way you show the prices!!!!!

I was drooling over the Ironstone dishes. Those are the ones I love but never find them. Love the bunny cake pan. You just have such a good eye for gorgeous items.

OMG Julie! I love that sewing machine! I have 8 myself. 5 antique and 3 for sewing. Instead of changing the thread and bobbin for each project, I just change to each machine. One is always white, other is always black and one is for a different color for current project. LOL. 😉
My daughter collects Squishmallows (she's 21). She says she has read you can't wash them 🤷. I thrifted her several one day and they all washed fine. That lamp in the hall is gorgeous 😍. Loved the nativity scene also. Take care 💜

I have a large board with a lip that fits on my gas stove. I use it when I’m making bread it makes a great surface for flour and dough.

I love the crossbody purse and the Easter Wilton pan. Great score on the squashmallows for your grand babies. I thought you were going to put them in their Easter baskets, but Valentine's is great too!

I clean my lampshades by vacuuming them but I will try your method if the shade is not silk. Wha-la is spelled voila. Finally, can your Elizabeth wear a size 2P pants? I bought some at a auction because at Chico’s, I wear a 2P (which is a 12-14) but these jeans are a Chico’s size 00P, which is a 2P in regular sizes. I will send these to her if she can wear them. They look brand new. Oh, this comment will say my name is Jack but it should say Linda. I have a new IPad and I don’t know how to correct my name….

Have you ever went to the goodwill bins right inside of Houston, coming in from Conroe?? We'll be there in a few weeks and I'm soooo excited!!! The closest bins to where I live, is in Phoenix or Vegas ...3hrs 1 way 🫤 and I don't want to go to either place much less buy something from there😬🤣

I moved recently and let my 57 year old sewing cabinet go! The sewing machine was broken. Sad, because my new husband bought it for me as newlyweds. But it had to go!!! 😥

I'm using the my momma's old sewing machine table as my husbands office back console table. I just put a decorative book where you put the butcher block and her loves it uses the under space and both table tops, including the one with the book, he puts bolls on time with a magazine glass, I bought at a thrift store, as a desk paperweight.
I have just found your videos and have been binge watching ever since. I am 70 years old and live on a strict budget. Good will and thrift shops are a necessity for me. That being said I do not care to watch the people buying up things ment for people with less and raising the prices for resale. So glad I Found you to watch.
I am going to start looking for old Wilton cake pans.. I see a lot of the newer ones but I would use it for decor too. I love the wood Nativity set too. I love crossbody purses now..just enough room and love the hands free . You did great as usual. We like a lot of the same thing. I watched you last night for hours because my hubby went to bed early. I saw where you got a large colander. I put mine in my “Cracker Barrel” looking old wall and put the teeny battery lights behind

I am an avid thrift shopper and I love to upcycle. Your Goodwill stores are so much better than the ones that are around where I live. Also, I wish the people who put the prices on the items would be more care with where they are placed. They need to be on the back of the items.
Our Goodwill got sooo expensive I can’t afford to shop there anymore! And it got to be just really trashy stuff

I have so many things that I have thrifted over the years until my home is filled to the brim! Now regretting it cuz now I got to downsize and get rid of things. I have so many linens I have like four totes worth! Got to go through them and choose the ones I use the most and maybe sell or donate or something the rest. It's taken up precious real estate. You may regret some day all the stuff you keep buying and filling your home with. When is enough enough? I regret how I have cluttered up my home too much and I'm trying to declutter it now. I'm 70 years old and it's just too much! I still do stop at the thrift store on occasion but I am very very selective what I'm going to bring home now It's going to have to be something that I very much need.

That large cutting board with the lip is from Ikea. I bought one last year for 15.00 and use it as a charcuterie board.
You always get the very best finds I have went to two goodwills and found nothing but junk and very used stuff with high prices will try again 😢
You would think the thrift stores would want to get rid of Christmas items after the holidays! But no, they want to hang on to it!! My Salvation Army does that!!!

I hardly ever shop the Goodwill in r twn anymore. The prices r way way 2 high.
jiffy seed pots are listed for $3.97 on Home Depot, so got at least a little discount off retail.
I use the larger ones for my pillow at night. Soft and cuddly

You were very hard to hear during the time you were in the thrift store. The part when you were at home was fine. What you spelled as Wha La is actually the French word voila, and the "v" is pronounced: vwa-la.
