How do you protect the PPI of citizens who comment when you broadcast their images, names, voices and home addresses on your RUclips (social media) for any bad actor around the world to steal or corrupt? Broadcasting this information for the entire world to view in perpetuity goes beyond the necessity of providing relevant information for the clerk's record/minutes, interested constituents, or a regional newspaper. This doesn't seem fair for local citizens who wish to participate locally and make the effort to attend meetings in person to put them at risk on the internet. Do you have a policy?
