Great to see all these older systems still getting support, even the Atari 2600 and it's contemporaries. Being released both physical and digital is another big plus. I've owned a few Neo Geo systems in the past. The first one was the CD and a few years later the Pocket, and much later an MVS cab with many carts, most of them complete with box, marquee, stickers etc. The CD was a one speed and i couldn't get used to the loading times, so i sold that in 1995 with a couple of games. The Pocket (Color) was in my opinion the best handheld up to that point in terms of game play. It was my first handheld and my last, because i never played video games while being outside, so i decided to just stick to consoles and PC after a short while. The MVS cab was almost a decade later and had fun with it, mostly with Metal Slug 2, Samurai Shodown II, King of Fighters 2003, Sengoku 3 and Blazing Star. The buzzing of the tube monitor was becoming louder and louder in the following years and i knew the dangers of maintaining it. I opened it one last time and decided this wasn't for me, so i sold everything within just a few months. I have other ways to play Neo Geo now, so the digital releases a very welcome!
These games look so good. Unfortunately I couldn’t afford an actual NeoGeo back in the day, and I surely still cannot. I imagine most or all of these games will also be available on PC though, so that’s good even if it’s not quite the same.
I'm picking up a the BIG RED 4 slot later today! Vengeance Hunters & Final Vendetta look GREAT! The other ones don't look too shabby either. Xeno Crisis from a few years back looks good too. My problem with the Neo Geo was always TOO MANY CRAPPY FIGHTING GAMES! I... HATE... THEM. Lol. FINEALLY... one of the best systems ever created is getting the games it always deserved!
They aren't on MVS but the project Tengo games are probably the best looking pixel art games today. Pocky & Rocky Reshrined and the new Shadow of the Ninja Reborn look amazing and were made by veteran Japanese pixel artists
Excellent video you shared with us brother man. I posted this up on, The Official NEO-GEO Thread for others to take notice and be aware on the latest Neo-Geo titles that will be offered in the community. Thank you for sharing this with us. ^) Anthony..
Thought they were SNK games. Then I remembered Neo Geo is considered abandonware and it's a gold mine for homebrew games. Those look AMAZING! Props to the devs, and for you to advertise them.
Funny you can still get new games For retro consoles like the sega mega driver / genesis and neo geo Or dreamcast well after their lifespan has ended !
I'm surprised video game company are starting to make games on retro consoles over 20+ yrs old maybe gamings gotten to much to make for some devs they gotta head back to the museums to try to make some money's outside the current consoles and technology
Yes, indie developed, they will be playable on the Neo Geo console.

Just for being in a platform that I love doesn’t mean these are good games as we can see it’s far from that. Neo geo could do more than this you just have to see the last games from early 2000. No thanks.
Neo Geo barely did most of this, they we're like 6 Best em UPS and like six sidescrollers and two plataformers and they Quality dwindle in some of them The neo Geo dint manager to experiment as munch as other consoles to SEE what certain genres cloud be like.
Final vendetta is just a streets of rage knock off, none of these games even look remotely interesting.its like when they remade ninja warriors for the switch ,it was the same game on the snes but they added two new characters,TWO and just kept the play style the same .ill pass
I take it you don’t know that Vendetta as a franchise predates Streets of Rage. So, under that line of thinking Streets of Rage would technically be a Vendetta knock off.
Vengeance Hunters absolutely does not play like Streets of Rage or any other beat'em'up of the era. It has tons of different string combos, juggles, wall bounces, off the grounds and you can get the combo counter up into the 50's pretty easily. And you can setup your co-op partner with a lot of interactions. Each character has a unique Signature Move that makes them all play drastically different from each other. It was designed to be more like a 2D Devil May Cry or a "what if Marvel vs. Capcom was a beat'em'up".
Vengeance Hunter doesnt even have the Neo Geo aesthetic, so much so that it looks like it was made for a dozen other systems. It looks like another blaxploitation game for the mythical modern audiences..
You mean the Neo Geo aesthetic like Metal Slug? Or Blue's Journey? Or Nightmare in the Dark? Ninja Combat? Ninja Commando? Cyber Lip? Shock Troopers? I am super confused by your comment unless you're simply thinking of the late era fighting games made by the same artists for the same company as the "neo geo aesthetic" is the only thing the system ever had.
So if you have a NeoGeo arcade unit, you could load it with new games in the year 2024. What a amazing world we live in.
snk told arcades neogeo was built for the future even now it can produce good enough 2d for new 2d games 34 years later incredible
what neo needs a castlevania type game
[Cleber] Awesome new games, and Vengeance Hunters is me favorite on the list, what game
i love this keeping the mvs alive is such a blessing
Gladmort look also good
Neo Geo, the most advanced video game console on earth!

Final Vendetta seems really cool,
I was hoping for Pixel Art masterpiece how Neo-Geo does
but I guess that one is a lost art now
They aren't on MVS but the project Tengo games are probably the best looking pixel art games today. Pocky & Rocky Reshrined and the new Shadow of the Ninja Reborn look amazing and were made by veteran Japanese pixel artists
I love beat m ups! Play it with my son, and this comes to the switch!!
The Vengeance Hunters music was clearly lifted from Sonic the Hedgehog.

Hell yez ! Getting the *Sega Genesis* version, kinda feel bad for the SNES peeps . All they get are Mario Rom Hacks 😅
Can't wait for Nick Cannons Neo Geo game coming late 2027.
Missing operation killmeister, project neon & Demons of Asteborg.
Thought they were SNK games. Then I remembered Neo Geo is considered abandonware and it's a gold mine for homebrew games.
Those look AMAZING! Props to the devs, and for you to advertise them.
its not abandonware they still pay snk a fee
@@SwedishMeattball does SNK still develop games to the MVS?
You forgot about Project Neon.
I've pre-ordered and paid for all of these except for Damon Claw. I also ordered Project Neon and Knight's Chance.
Shadow Gang reminds me of Shinobi.
The art style looks like for pgm
Vengeance hunters IS thé best of these 5 games
Amazing neo Geo still worth something today considering old hardware but snk still delivers
The future is now even though the neo Geo has long since died the games are way ahead of it's time even in 2024
🤔hmmm👍👍cant wait for this wow

Damn, I need to step up my social media game to get "Hyperblaster" known... :D
Check out my latest video... hopefully it get attraction to your game. It look great, keep it up!
Unfortunately, I can't justify it for myself. Maybe I'll buy the official ROM and an Ali Express bootleg later.
Funny you can still get new games
For retro consoles like the sega mega driver / genesis and neo geo
Or dreamcast well after their lifespan has ended !
OST by Utah Saints?! Alright that is really surprising.
They're really SOR'ing us to death at this point. I'm good on those.
The other stuff looks good though.
Whats the name of that model of arcade cabinet at the beginning of vídeo?
What's up with these games being released on Dreamcast?
Project Neon is missing in this list...
seems like palette swaps to me especially the last 1
Duke is PISSED.
Sprites era is dead they said 😏

el juego también sale para plataformas actuales
Didn't Final Vendetta come out in 2022?
Yes, but not on Neo Geo. A physical release is planned this year for that console.
$600 per game😂j/k👍🏾💙
Its real neogeo games?
Yes, indie developed, they will be playable on the Neo Geo console.

Simp.
@@OmegaGodzilla consoles merit people who want to experiment more with the limits.
Final Vendetta looks pretty great and fits in well with the classic MVS art style. The animation is far better than the other titles shown here.
No están mal
All of them seems belong to genesis megadrive era.
Vengeance Hunter look woke.
Why are you so dedicated to being lame?
Stupid games
Naah i'll pass 😅 not worth it !
