  • Childhood eczema medically is referred to as atopic dermatitis. This can present right from birth and can present as red , itchy, dry scaly patches present on the child’s face including the face the forehead and can even involve the back of the elbows, knees , ankles and wrists. Sometimes it can lead to a little bit of oozing and weeping of the skin. Sometimes it can have multiple reason and trigger factors. The commonest trigger factor being the food. In food you have to look for non veg food including eggs and sea food can be the culprit. Nuts are another common cause of trigger. Fruits, citrus fruits such as oranges, mosambis, tomatoes, tamarinds can be the cause, wheat, dairy products, food colouring agents preservatives can also be the culprits. So once you know what is the cause you can eliminate that food item from your diet for around of 4 to 6 weeks. Once you have eliminate that particular products, you can see how your eczema response is. Once you are getting better to the product, you can see how your eczema response to it. If it is getting better than that particular products the likely culprit. Medically also there are certain tests available such as the sin prick test, or the patch tests which help one to identify what the allergy can be due it. Once you have stopped taking the product, then you can gradually reintroduce it back to or diet and see how the eczema behaves. This has to be done with medical supervision. Sometimes reintroduction of foods can also trigger serious allergic reactions.

Had eczema all my life what they don’t tell you is keep your body temperature kool.. do not let your body over heat. Keep your heat at a good temperature because if you don’t you flare up. If you sweat you may flare up. After a shower last rinse should be cool water to lower your body temperature.wash your clothes with sensitive detergent sometimes all detergent bothers you

Funny u mention…..I started this new job that has me raining sweat everyday and I ended up triggering spots that were either almost healed or practically untouched. I’ve been tempted to quit the job but it pays good. It’s already almost impossible to stay cool where I live so I feel like a lost cause

My routine for prevention of eczema.. It is really effective and I expect this will help others who facing the same condition:-
    Do's :
    1)Always wear 💯 cotton clothes.
2)Wash clothes by using babies detergent.
    3)Always Stay hydrated.
    4)Eat Healthy Foods.
especially (banana, anjeer, olive, orange, gooseberry, cucumber and other vegetables and dryfruits really helped me to cure eczema) "HEALTHY FOOD IS THE BEST MEDICINE FOR CURING ECZEMA"
    5) Always stay in cool places.(not in severe cold)
    6) Do some meditation or exercise everyday.
    7) Must Sleep 6-8 hours everyday.
    8) Keep stomach clean, atleast once in month.
    Don't ❌
    1) Must avoid drugs, junk foods and soft drinks.
    2) Completely avoid 'Diary products'.(milk triggers itchiness all over the body).
    3)Stay away from excess sunlight.
    4) Avoid tight and artificial material clothes.
    5) Avoid perfumes.
    6) Don't stress too much😬.
Also,For me foods like pineapple, peanut butter and some other foods really irritating my body whenever I comsume it.
(MINDSET CAN CURE THIS CONDITION PERMANENTLY).
Additionally,There is an injection called dupixent or dupilamab, this is very expensive. But it can cure 95% of eczema.
I hope this will help for the needful.
I'm giving these notes from my own experience and experiments.
    STAY POSITIVE ❤

I live in the UK and we very rarely have hot weather- we had a ‘heatwave’ this year (30 degrees plus!) and I was in too much pain to sit out in it even though it would have ‘dried my skin out’- so I had to stay indoors the WHOLE time whilst everyone was soaking up the sun- otherwise I would have been itchy and flared up beyond BELIEF! 🥹😥
But I started UV treatment at my hospital fairly recently, and the results are the best I’ve had of YEARS of treatment! I also constantly assess my diet and what may cause ‘random’ flare ups, and yeah it can get frustrating but being pain free is my main aim and all these steps are helping SO much towards that- my pain has gone from a 10\10 to a 3/10 due to various changes, and I hope this can be encouraging! My sores and rashes and also nearly none existent now with just a few persistent flare ups and the odd one out of the BLUE where I stay calm and it disappears quickly- as I’m SO aware now that stress is a main trigger! 💚xxx

I hope this helps somebody but working in the fast food industry or any type of kitchen is bad for eczema. It is a very dry and hot area that will trigger eczema. Eczema needs to be cool. Also, the gloves in the fast food industry will trigger hand eczema, and dry the hands out.

All the doctors where I live do is give you some steroid creams and wish you good luck
Is good to know that my life shouldn't be controlled by steroids and my eczema isn't just random itchyness

During the past 2 winters, I got this eczema in the palms because of the outbreak. Because of that I had been able to learn about this eczema guide, Kamlo Nozion Weebly, (surely Go ogle). Dryness, discomfort and also inflammation were experienced throughout my very own fingers. I wasn`t out of the hassle of covering my hands and wrists.

I clear my children eczema with medicated soap mixed with table salt it really works wonders
At bathing time wet your soap with water then mix with salt then apply the mixture on your eczema for two minutes then Rinse you will thank me later
This one works well even if the rash on your scalp it works without cutting your hair
