We have to remember that axe predicted the win at the start, AFTER the disconnects. The man was is playing 5D chess with time travel and we are still on tetris. The man saw how everything would play out and stuck to the plan

Heralds - Never gives up, even if its a 2 v 5.
Immortals - Starts throwing if their support steals 1 LH.
the first is playing the game for fun, the second is just a ptsd victim
Heralds - you can make tons of mistakes and still comeback
Immortals - 1 mistake and game is over
It's simple - at herald tier, anything can happen, including 2v5 wins, due to people generally being so catastrophically bad at playing the game.
In Immortal, minor griefing and bad picks can completely seal the game before it has started.
So... yea
Meanwhile 3-4ks can do either of the two.

Turns out if you remove 3 players out of a herald game, it removes 1 hour and 20 minutes of gameplay from the usual 2-3 hours too.
math checks out because 3 fewer players means 3 fewer people to throw.

Something similar happened to me, i was an axe (first time playing it) and random, and my carry was a morph, 2 vs 5, it started terribly and i was allchatting that we are gonna lose, but will keep playing it Just for fun, oh the Joy when we destroyed that fucking trhone

it's because you're watching them with jenkins or OD casting, you're not just watching a replay that'll make you pull your hair out
it's usually because Herald games are very unpredictable. People are just so bad what we know about Dota doesn't even work here

There is probably no worse feeling than losing as a team of 5 to a team with disconnected players.
That AM fed first blood so quickly, that the enchantress didn't abandon in time, so the match still counted.

@@aryaa7069 no you don’t immortal starts ar 5k mmr which is insanely low skill you can easily calibrate at immortal when you first stsrt playing dota. I literally was 6k mmr when I first started palying dota so I started at immortal

I gotta say that this is by far the best Dota series!
I remember when I was guardian there was a game where I was riki and against 5 enemy. I had 5 rapiers and 1 bf. Tricks of trade deleted the entire enemy team lol. I had like 64 kills and 4 rampages that game.
Riki was the first hero I played back in 2013. Nobody had detection, so I would "sneak" about during fights, waiting for easy kills. Such bad dota. I wish I could watch the replays.
Dire : "you're surrounded, give up"
Radiant : "surrounded? You're now trapped with me"
2v5 means 3 less people on your team feeding the opposition 👌

This goes on to show that, even if you are herald, even if you are 2v5, good team comp goes a long way.
I love how herald players still not giving up and believing comeback when they team are leaving/griefing the game.
I also have the mindset to never giveup. Back in the day if one of your team members disconnected it made everyone else filthy rich and it was better to play 4v5 it was like 4 position ones against a regular team.

Because from their experience it actually works. Herald is total chaos and throwing beyond limits, anything can happen. At higher ranks there is a certain point where it just can't. 2vs5 isn't winnable at higher rank even if you get a massive lead, people will know how to disable and kite enough to beat 2 fat opponents by coordinating as 5.

I had a game like this once. I essentially became a raid boss Nature's Prophet because the game became a 2 v 2 match. It was hilarious.
I played wc3 , never dota, but watching these is funny qs hell

There should a an official 2v5 game mode to be honest. These games are super fun to play on both sides. One tesm plays L4D while the other plays a wow raid boss.

I actually have a 2 v 5 game at herald 3or 4 I was playing naga and my teammate was playing bristle. We ended up winning and I got a rampage but I think it was turbo

Actually had the same type of match a couple times in some lowly pubs, 5v2 where we beat the shit out of the other tem then they just start leaving and we win
