we have the same name which is funny when i watched this
backstory: the prophet had a bet with his friends that if he dies 250 times in a single match he wins. the winning prize was about 10,000 roubles which is approx 164 dollars USD. his opponents asked him directly about why does he feed like that and after he explained it to the opponents they decided to help him win that bet
jugg and ember tried to help him, but ns, treant and et were raging and trying to end
* Also 10k rubles is pretty big amount of money in russhia. I can live around 50 days on them or even 100.

It's funnier when the players are actually trying but failing, rather than just deliberately trolling.
Trolling has its moments but it's the tryhard fails that make it worthwhile.

I agree with this comment. Instead of looking for games that are artificially inflated to be super long, I would just prefer games with heralds doing hilarious builds and wtf plays, even if they are only 30-40 minutes.

it's being covered up but.. 2 different editors committed suicide by pounding their heads on the deak til they cracked. The third editor was on large amounts of cocaine and weed and finished the video before being committed

I always bring this up with long games, I had a 4 hour long game of Heroes of Newerth, it was Mid Wars (reduced death timers) and everyone picked SUPER early spell casters and such for some reason. The meta with those heroes at the time was to build tanky in lategame so everyone was characters that taper off REALLY badly and everyone built tank, by the time one player died anyone else who died was back already it was super fun since it was just an endless fight for several hours straight.

for those who don't get why natures prophet keep feeding:there was a challenge in one of the russian dota meme groups which consisted of picking NP and tping at the enemy's base in order to die as much as possible.The winner had like 350 deaths or so,and was awarded by one of the admins with some shitty courier.

This is casual eastern europe pubs in a nutshell. I remember playing sk with 4 of my friends on one team and pre patch techies on opposite team. It lasted 2.5 hours and was pure insanity

Just for your information, the guy who died 250 times actually had an agreement with his friend that he will be able to die 250 times in one match for 60 dollars. He explained this situation in the chat, and the opposite team eventually decided to help him out, thus they tried to prolong the match as soon as possible agreeing that they will win the game. But snapefirehad different plans so he didn’t say anything and went destroying the enemy base.
I wish I had these opponents…. On either team…

so, just an interesting fact from the chat as the game goes on. basically, NP said that he bet that he can die 250 times in one single game. and if he succeseed he would get 10.000 rubles( about $160) (which I hope he got)

I watch this in other channel if I'm not mistaken, and they said this is an event made by jenkins to post herald review with most death then win. And they need to be in ranked match to prevent unfair match-making.

"Why would you do this?" If ES and Jug get 100 kills each, which is lowballing it since NP went 0/250, that's equivalent to getting one more kill for 100 matches in a row, or 2 more kills for 50, it definitely inflates their statistics on average kills, and some people care about imaginary internet points (that aren't even MMR).
Imagine this was your 50th ES game and it boosted your average kills by like 3 per game.
