I think it's important to remember, as Liam has said, you can get tinnitus from one thing, but then the 'cure' can be another thing, so to fix any other problems you may have could get rid of the tinnitus.
I think the key to silence is traveling around the world and relating with beautiful women.

Hello Liam, my experience unfortunately is a "bit more complexed".. in 2021 after my one and only pfizer jab i developed debilitating tinnitus after 8 hours.. i had alot of health complications due to this aswell meanwhile, pericarditis, minor brain stroke non alchoolic stage 3 fatty liver and i was diagnosed with Chronic Lyme now.. so basically im a total mess.. ive started the antibiotics 5 weeks ago and i saw some encouraging relief for some of my symtpoms however im in a chronic lyme state so il need to be on antibiotics for 1 more year approximately.. ( it sucks especial youve said that antibiotics can cause this.. yeah i know but lyme needs to be adressed) i was thinking of getting your 3.0 program but im not sure in my state, given the reason that its vaks induced tinnitus with chronic lyme aswell on a heavy dose of antibiotics and antivirals, and also a fatty liver, not sure if i would benefit giving my situation, could you help me out a bit? Can you give me some suggestions

hi liam, i been test for tympanometry last week (100decibels) and Brainstem Auditory Evoked Response (90decibels).
my tinnitus spikes after that. Is there a possibility to bring back my tinnitus into its normal state. by the way my tinnitus is not a noise induced. it is just suddenly appear. maybe because of stress or some medicine.
I would say mine is also from stress, I got it after working in office for two months under pressure of a deadline. Programing from 8 to 23h almost every day.

Bang on what u say about dermatologist for example would look at the skin and give you cream, but it more than likely is an indication that it is inside your body aswell, I. E fungus mold etc. They never treat the whole picture.

@@zarazara5109 fasting where you do not eat anything, only drink water. Start on 24 our fast... Then build up over time to a 3 day fast.

-Exclude sugar, carbohydrates, bread, fruits, alcohool, smoking.
-Try to do sport.
-Eliminate stress
-Sleep enough
-Eat fish, eggs, meat, liver and organs (try to eat just little quantities of vegetables low in salycylates)
-Do cold showers
-Do dry fasting (no water and no food) for 24-36h as often as you can.
