This wasn't a fair comparison. You call the Fin Fun tail a toy when it's really the worlds #1 tail. You also used the monofin junior when you need the pro instead. You aren't doing any comparing, you're downgrading the worlds number one mermaid tail seller and making yours look better.

I used to work with this woman and she’s the absolute worst. Undercuts everyone: pays her performers horribly (if at all), takes a huge cut of the money they do make, doesn’t have insurance, steals everyone else’s designs and images to promote her own business, then gets her unsafe, uncomfortable monofins cheaply made in a sweatshop. Nobody in the Mermaid scene should work with her; she’s a nightmare.

Jodi and Heather Gray The hole on the bottom is for the water to move throught the tail. If there wouldn't be a a hole on the end, the water that gets in the tail might get bubbly under the tail skin and it'll look weird.

Thats funny because you think that the Fin Fun is the toy. Nope. It's a professional one. You can tell you got a kids size so that's why you may call it a toy because it's small and where's the logo? It's actually safer to have the opening at the bottom then having a zipper. The monofin that is blue is unsafe because the feet are stuck in there, what if you need to get out quickly?

And the so called "professional" mermaid costume has no opening at the bottom so its always going to have water in it
the “pro” one is so much less safe. if you had to get out quick, you would have to unfasten everything, unzip, take off the mono fin, and take off the tail. by the time you do that, you would be panicking and swallowing water. the unzipping part does nothing for safety, you still have to do all the steps i listed. look into quick release features.
The toy one is more professional than the other one because the "professional" is not safe you can't kick is off! You just want us to buy you're unsafe tail!

@@releee2755 the fin fun one is the "toy" one. The other one is the one difficult to get off in case of emergency. Also, the monofin from fin fun now is a lot different now and I have had no issue with it or the tail itself.

Well, finfun did make little seals for the tips of their tails so that they would not get holes in the fabric.

No tail or monofins are toys, they both are for swimming not for playing. And both of those monofins in this clip are for kids, not for professional swimming (freediving or mermaiding).

fin fun mermaid tails are completely safe and comfortable! I am 15 and have had a fin fun mermaid tail for about 2 years and I love it! it is GREAT quality a really good price. I honestly prefer their tail skin designs they are way more realistic. The fin fun mono fins are very safe and have a quick release method which saves lives.

We tested tails with zipper with more than 5000 students at Aquamermaid school and we got not problem with zippers getting stuck. It mainly help us to go faster to help people if they loose their fin because they don't keep their feet pointed.

I tried the "Professional" tail, I got blisters and the thing you use to adjust the tightness broke. Fun fun in some ways can be a toy, but to me it's more of a serious thing and to many many others. Fin fun is much more comfortable to swim with and is faster than the Aqua mermaid mono fin. I tried the Aqua Mermaid in comparison to Fin Fun, the Aqua Mermaid is slower and more painful if I'm honest. I do not mean to be rude I just speak the truth.

What you forgot to mention:
The rubber aqua mermaid tails are terrible. I had one when I was young and the largest size was too small after like a day unlike fin fun which fits all adults and small children plus it doesn't chafe like the rubber one does. Plus, fin fun has a lot of beautiful tails and are constantly coming out with new stunning designs. And, Fin Fun is not a toy unless you use it as one!!!! They are both used by professional mermaids and children! If being used by some children makes it a toy, then they are both toys. Plus, it's really hard to snap a Fin Fun tail, it would take many years of wear and tear. But the rubber ones are snapped very easily. If you read the reviews of buyers, you will notice that most people report rubber tails snapping. However, it is VERY VERY rare to find a bad review of a Fin Fun tail. Plus, Fin Fun has been featured in Disney channel lots of times.
I'm 13 and I wear my tail all the time!! My mom can fit in my mono fin too because it's the pro size and not Jr size like the one in video. I know a lot of adults who wear fin fun tails sometimes. Plus, although some don't admit, it's mostly the 15 year old teens who wear the tails. So they are meant for all ages!!!
Plus, the rubber tails fall off easily and actually make most people slower. Unlike fin fun

Fin fun is an awsome brand. My bestie has one, and it is so pretty and it looks like Nemo. You cant see her legs through it, and it has a nice silicone like coat around it, so great durability. Yes, it does have an open at the bottom, but you cant tell, and it is so helpful! The monofin is large and nice durability. And it doesnt slip off! Hope this review helped you!

We're not comparing the actual tail look, I mean that's part of it but that's interchangeable. What's way more important is the monofin. The design is subjective and you can use a different tail with other monofins

@@jessacavanah6450 Finfun is a beginner toy. It's fine but it is definitely not super high quality! It is for children. Linden is really great! I just got one myself. I'm looking to get a shooter next. Finfun is really the very basic beginner tail and is no where near the peak of monofins. It coming with a tail also doesn't mean anything. Most professional mermaids order custom tail skins for better monofins. Plus you can buy tail skins from all over, including finfun. Like Merfolk have really great tail skins that can also have monofins with them which are higher quality. Their tails are more expensive and way better quality.

This video is pretty much dissing Finfun which if you look at the side by side comparison the “toy” mermaid tail looks and feels 10 times better. I actually chose the Finfun over the Aqua mermaid because of reviews and highly recommend it to beginners. This was a very unprofessional move and I won’t forget it.
One question. How do kids get out of the “Pro” monofin quickly in case of emergency?
They don’t. This woman is a liar who rips off other companies designs, then sends them to be made in a sweatshop. She has the most abysmal reputation in the Mermaid community for being unsafe and for not paying her performers. Awful person.

My cousin got 1 from your brand and the she got scars and foot cramping after every swim. I got her a fin fun and she got no foot cramping and even safer. Finfun monofin is the best! It's comfortable, safe, and durable. The "professional monofin" is kind of uncomfortable it rubs on your ankles. And the finfun monofin gets you through the water better.

For the toy tail I used a no name brand tail directly ordered from China. I ordered it directly from the manufacturer. I used a kids fin just for demonstration.

I know I’m really late but I think you have it mixed up the “pro” mermaid tail is actually dangerous it could be harder to get it off in an emergency.
The “ toy” much safer also I would recommend getting the right size you got the wrong size mono fin.
The resin there is a line thing at the end of the fin for the “toy” is so you can take out the mono fin and put it in another tail. And also the fin fun tail (the “toy one) has thing to put at the end of the out side of the tail so it doesn’t get ripped. I think it’s called reinforcement tips but you put it in the fun and it’s protected from the tiny holes like you said.

July LP I actually disagreed with the woman saying it was “safer” and “easier” to get out of blue monofin because in an actual emergency a kids not gonna have time to try and reach down and unzip themselves from the tail. Also people start to panic in these situations and can have trouble trying to unzip it and sometimes zippers can get stuck. Plus after that they have to go through the process of trying to take the actual monofin off since it’s kinda like a pair of shoes whereas with fin fun it’s super easy to take it off. I have one and literally all you have to do is kick it off and the entire thing comes off. I’m probably explaining it super bad but trust me it’s super easy and way more convenient than having to try and get a zipper off. (I’m sure there’s a video where you can find someone kicking the fin fun tail off) but yeah it’s super easy

Yes that was my first mermaid tail so when I got in the water it was hard to swim but I got on really quickly but sometimes some family member come to my house that I need to get out of the tail quickly so yea but I did try the one at 1:39 on the left "Professional" one it didn't work out....
No hate, but NONE of those are toys. Fin fun also improved their tails. For example, the color on the tail no longer fades. They definitely improved the monofin as well. The glass in the monofin is much stronger now. Now they have monofin pros (they are much bigger than the one shown in the vid) and junior monofins. They improved the durability of their tail tips. I can honestly keep going on. And no offense but u seemed to be positive on your brand and not fin fun. As a fin fun tail owner, I think they are better and are more realistic. Again, no hate, just my opinion. Does anyone agree with me?
And the opening at the end of the tail they still have today. Because it's more easier and definitely not "dangerous".
