No it wasn't the drains. It was 5 minutes of rain that caused this.
@stephrichards4611 I was hoping that due to the downpour that there must be blocked drains that would need unblocking like what Post10 does 🙂
How is this Biblical? God promised us he would never destroy life on Earth again with the flood with the rainbow symbol.
