How do you use it to clean the ceilings without it constantly rotating/ flipping/flopping in a direction you're not trying to go in? Can it be locked in a position?
Our Floor Mop is designed specifically to be used on the floor and to be flexible to reach under sofas and beds. Therefore, we haven’t thought of a locking mechanism just yet. However, we’re glad to hear that our tools are being used for more than just cleaning floors and we’ll be reviewing this feature for the next generation of this mop.
Thank you for watching our video and sharing your question! We understand your confusion. Our cleaning pads are designed to thoroughly clean the floor, eliminating dirt and grime. The dusting pad, on the other hand, is meant to be used for light dusting in between proper cleans with the cleaning pad. So, you don't need to wash the floor again with the dusting pad after using the cleaning pad. The dusting pad can be used occasionally for quick touch-ups when there is just dust accumulation. We hope this clarifies things for you!
My new Bona mop has a kind of swivel head, and we're not sure how to assemble it. It keeps coming apart and doesn't look like the RUclips videos that just punch the handle into the pad.
Hi Carolyn, we'd love to help you. If you're from the US, could you please contact customer service at www.bona.com/en-us/homeowner/contact-us/ or call us at 800-872-5515? We appreciate your comment and understand that this question often arises. Generally speaking, the pad is designed to effectively absorb and capture a significant amount of dirt. Nonetheless, we strongly advise routinely switching out the pads throughout the cleaning process for optimal results. Once you've finished, simply place the pads in your washing machine to effortlessly remove the accumulated dirt.

Excelente producto el mercado lanzando artículos cada vez mas necesarios para el hogar pero tecnológicamente muy bueno
The Velcro strip on mine has detached on both ends. What’s a good adhesive that I can use? Thanks.

How do the various pads attach? (Sorry it's not clear.)
Oooh... velcro (found it in another video).. Me thinks I'll pick up one (with the spray system) today! #excited 😊
It’s Velcro. I had this system, but the Velcro kept coming off. I got so irritating. I went back to swiffer.
Where can you purchase the dusting pad? We purchased the mop from xxx-mart in our little town.
I was wondering that too. I got mine and only saw those specific microfiber cloths
I just searched online and there are various ones. Even for pets

Are you supposed to wash the floor with the cleaning pad and then do it all over again with the dusting pad?

Pero no había visto los comentarios dónde se quejan al comprar el producto que no es como sale en el conercial bueno que se puede hacer?
Can you dump it in cleaner or would it not he able to stick when wet?
The pad will hold just fine. However, please be careful as too much moisture may damage your floor.
Isn’t this just spreading dirt everywhere without rinsing…?
