St. Joseph Bootcamp Episode 25

Objective: The Catechism of the Catholic Church teaches that the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is “the source and summit of a Christian life” (1324). A proper understanding of the liturgical life in general and the Mass in particular is essential for any man who wants to grow in grace and holiness. Last month, we cultivated the habit of nightly recollection and monthly confession. As we become more sensitive to our sins, we should also be growing in our desire to be healed of the stain of all sin. In the Mass, we participate in the Holy Sacrifice that cleanses us from all our sins. This month, we will focus on learning to place ourselves on the Cross and see the Mass as prayer.
