I have the same problem and it’s because the teeth that helps the cloth to move forward is too down inside. And there’s no way to take them up outside! Maybe if they can do a video if it has any solution.

i’m literally gonna have a mental breakdown, what the fuck did he screw at the back i see jackshit and also the plate will only move when i twist it how the hell did u get it to move while holding it down pls reply im losing my shit
there is a screw inside to fix the button holder, just loose the screw a little bit to adjust the button holder, make the hook every round right up 1.5mm~2.0mm on the hole of needle, the nearest the better, it will hook the threads better.

@@consueloadameolivares2920 hay que sacarle la tapita de la parte de atras y con una llave alem de 3 mm girar los 2 tornillos que tiene. De esa manera se puede mover el cangrejo y calibrarlo .Obviamente luego hay que volver atornillar y listo.Lo importante es regular la altura del ojo de la aguja con la punta del cangrejoque es la cual recoge el hilo pero eso es aprueba y error
@@albertocalderon1928 tiene 2 aflojalos y luego move el cangrejo , cuando coincida con el ojo de la aguja y la punta del cangrejo que levanta el hilo ahi recien lo volves atornillar .Si bien el video esta en otro idioma volvelo a mirar y lo vas a entender. Espero se solucione avisanos!

The key size is Allen 3mm and there are two Allen screws opposite each other on the axle.

I think it's a 4mm allen key to release to the two screws. This allows the timing to be adjusted correctly
