- We attended a Pro-Palestine demonstration at George Mason University. Here's what some of the students had to say about the Israel-Palestine conflict and Hamas terror attacks.
College students need to be educated - not indoctrinated!

We look toward the Arab people to take an active role in eradicating Hamas and Hezbollah and setting up Refugee camps in Egypt and Jordan to open their borders for humanitarian assistance to the Palestinian people while this EVIL is cleansed from the face of the earth forever! I personally do believe the KSA will not do much of anything, not just rhetoric and/or patronizing comments - then again there is always HOPE that the Arab world will unite against all that is unholy!

@guilhermeteodosio40 Isreal's target is hamas and terrorists. Hamas's target is innocent civilians, mostly Israeli but sometimes Palestinian, too. Hamas fires rockets in civilian areas. Isreal fires them from military bases. Israel defends its citizens and sometimes even Palestinian civilians. The leaders of Gaza and the west Bank defend no one.
We have many stupid children going to college and learning ambivalence..so sad for their lives of hell coming their way. Bring history back..and morality and God.

I’d like to propose a new social paradigm. Obviously it’s REALLY hard and takes decades to change culture and society… so it’s unlikely this will ever work, but imagine if we could change society’s “etiquette” so that it’s only appropriate to take a stance on something very controversial IF you actually know enough about it. Imagine if it became cool to say “I’ll be real, I don’t know enough about the situation to take a strong stance.” I wish more people did that. Imagine how many insane activists in the street who know NOTHING about a situation are just out there yelling cuz of groupthink. Or how this kid in the video says about Palestinians “they’ve been oppressed forever and now that they FINALLY fight back.” Bruh, asides from the fact that Hamas is why they’re oppressed, “they FINALLY fight back”? All they’ve done is fight since even before ‘47. This conflict would’ve been resolved since 47 if they’d just chosen diplomacy and not fought. They’ve always chosen to fight first. I don’t blame every Palestinian for that. But I do blame the leaders they’ve had. And the Arab countries around them. Except perhaps Jordan and Egypt, but that wasn’t always the case either.

Peace would be great between the two…..she says……..okay……okay? Maybe it’s just me….but I don’t think she……or most of the students …including most of the protestors….have done much, IF ANY…honest research (which I used to think college students are supposed to do) on the history,geography, geopolitics of the conflict and the Middle East …..to make an informed decision. These and other interviews confirm that….as well as their signs and chants…….college students….college students take a complex human issue….and simplify it to a “all bad guys….all good guys scenario,,! All passion/ emotion…….no research or informed knowledge of the subject to make an informed decision/opinion. Maybe I misunderstood what college students are supposed to do when studying subjects.

There are no Palestinians, there are Arabs, Druids, jews,, Christian Arabs, Christians etc. that live there. The druids are Celtic origin citizens that have freedom and the same rights as Israelis in Israel, the only democracy in the area. All background citizens of Israel have the same rights. To go against a free society to promote an Islamic terrorist society that wants to take over and make everyone wear burqas is beyond my understanding. There’s no argument that if any military force surrounded themselves with civilians while attacking enemy combatants people would be crying out for help and yelling “war crimes”, but since it’s against Israel then the conversation changes, suddenly they’re somewhat justified or they “don’t represent Palestine” or somewhat Israel is wrong and should just let Hamas attack them uncontested…
