PCV hose that is located near your throttle body is actually responsible for sucking fresh air into your Crankcase. You dont need to install anything there, just leave this valve connected to the intake tube. PCV valve on the other side needs an oil catch can because its letting air out of the cranckcase directly to intake plenum and this air is usually "dirty". I found your video researching oil catch can topic for my VQ, and was thinking of buying the exact same catch can you are showcasing. I think its a good idea and you did a good job installing it (maybe secure it better though😅). I also think its not a best catch can out there, but Im also on a budget and its better to have something then to just leave it be.
from what i understood about g35s that hose going from crank case to the intake has nothing to do with helping oil consumption any escaped gas/pressure wtv is redirected into the intake to keep cylinder compression good maybe im wrong but 🤷🏾♂️das what i think that tube is for

This guy is an idiot!! Why not drive to the store to get more clamps? Aww dis is all they gave me duhhhh
your vids are cool man. Waiting on the update video 👍
Hi did your catch can come with steal wool to put indide or not ? Im not sure weather to use it or not .
Great videos man
Thanks man ! Mine didn't come with steal wool inside bro, don't think i've ever seen steal wool in catch can.
If you have steel wool then use it, it’s your filter that catches the vapors and cools it. Your catch can will be completely useless without it

Have you done the update video yet? I was wondering it I could just add a T fitting for the hose on the throttle body?
Blow by has nothing to do with oil consumption. A catch can just keeps oil out of your intake plenum
My hose near intake is just disconnected would it cause any problems ?
i think that is a big vacuum leak which makes you car won't run right
This should increase power with lower air temp
Negligible
