Wow I didn't know Elton performed this song in 1976, I only know he did it in 1977, 1982, 1985, and 2000
He did it at the solo Edinburgh show in 76, and I believe he did it in some of the US shows earlier that summer.
He performed with throught his US tour in 1976 -- Kiki Dee appeared during the show to do this and "I've Got The Music In Me" on that tour
He also did it around 2015 with Ed Sheeran, and with RuPaul in 1994 (I think that one was lipsynced though).
