Came back to this channel looking for ideas as my parents destroyed their house veranda area and is rebuilding it. This is definitely inspiring. Love that this design actually looks very doable, without breaking one’s bank account, looks very comfortable with plenty of sun and air breathing in and out of the house. My fave part is that all the bedrooms are in the back - a lil bit more of privacy. Beautiful placement. Love everything.

Japanese Interior - genkan, 3-part bathroom (sink and laundry, toilet, shower and tub), grandma's room (washitsu room), 3 bedroom, master's bedroom with mini office room, open-area (LDK-living dining kitchen) in a slope area/mountain side area. it's up to you po if 1flr or 2flrs. hehe

This is a nice home, yes.
If I could change a thing. Make it 2 bedrooms and make the bathroom between the bedrooms. Make the masters bedroom a bit bigger. And use the bathroom you have in here, a BBQ corner. And maybe a dirty kitchen outside if that one.
And thanks for getting the area, and Plan drawings early, not in the end. I belive this can be my 2 bedrooms home soon. Around Bohol, Alona somewhere.

Ganda talaga mg mga designs nyo. Can I request for elevated bungalow with 3 bedrooms and 2T&B? Sana po yung doors ng bedrooms are not facing the living and dining rooms. Parang may hallway sya going to the rooms. If possible may own room din ang laundry area. 150-200sqm lang po siguro. Muji theme lang po pati colors. More on white and very light wood color. Can I suggest ? Two storey house with an open space for living area or might called mezzanine by others, 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, a powder room, lounge area, balcony, basement pool, attic library, and a carport.

This ( 1st ) house could be built almost affordable .
It's definitely " liveable " as shown ( but , You know Me
I just couldn't leave well enough alone ) , however ,
I'd have to make a few changes ! I'm a big fan of those windows under the roof ( they need to be used for vents as well as light ) .
If You build this house on a foundation ( squre with the
earth ... North - South - East
& West , You know , sun comes in the east , sets in the west ... well more or less ) . With that in mind ,
orent the house with those upper windows faceing south , on the north side of the house vent air into the house ( low to ground as possible , could even use " earthship " venting , that would be best ) !

I noticed that in most of your designs the house if elevated. Does this not increase the cost of the house and decrease the stability of the structure?
I know this was 2 years ago and they just liked the comment instead of awnsering.
But for anyone that's interested in knowing, it helps prevent pests, bugs and rats by making it harder for them to get in to the house. It also helps with floods. The higher off the ground a house is, the more room it leaves for expecting flooding in an area. This is all a commonplace thing in the Philippines where Bahay Kubos come from. This would be effective in any coastal or tropical setting on stable ground.
