To be honest dio should have a quirk from birth because it makes no sense that there is a stone mask of all things to be lying around(pillarmen made those ya now). And yes jotaro (AKA God's answer to DIO's a*spull ,destined to punch him) should be around too I guess. But again how can you fit him without breaking all known logic of fighting. To be honest dio should have a quirk from birth because it makes no sense that there is a stone mask of all things to be lying around(pillarmen made those ya now). And yes jotaro (AKA God's answer to DIO's a*spull ,destined to punch him) should be around too I guess. But again how can you fit him without breaking all known logic of fighting. It's the same type of quirk, ha HA.
