This was a terrific lesson. One suggestions that might help some of us beginners is to have included a play-through of the entire song. I found it tricky to follow with the different time signatures, and it's enjoyable to hear & watch you play. But again, thank you for this excellent tutorial of such a beautiful song.
Basically, the first verse is 7/4, first chorus is 6/4, second verse and second chorus are mostly 6/4, with some 7/4 bars and a few 8/4 bars to keep the magic rhythm of the song, before the 4/4 outro. Thank you for the video. You play it great.
@@JohnMcNicholas Thank you for the video. Your chords sound great. The reason you get the time signatures wrong is that you are counting eights /8s and not /4s. There is really no need for counting until the bit before the 4/4 part near the end.
