The Javelina might have to be my absolute favorite car, but I do wish we could get something like the Apollo "Cicada", the bike with all the bags on it. I usually take the Javelina as Nomad V.
If you don't worry too much on buying, crafting, or upgrading, mainly relying on world drops and selling, you easily seem to build a nice chunk of change to buy all vehicles and then some. At least in my opinion after working on completing all side gigs/ncpd stuff before main missions. Though Jackie's bike works enough for me.
The Coyote is by far my favorite. 200MPH top speed, and handles great on, and off road. Not to mention it can take an absolute beating. Nothing like flying through The Badlands off road @ 200MPH! Edit: Forgot to mention it's got the best horn in the game!
TagbackTV doing his best Quagmire impersonation when the Coyote starts flipping and lands right side up.... "Awwwe yeah". Just left off the "Giggity Giggity"
I happened upon a wraith variation of the shion and fell in love with how it handled. So I immediately picked up the coyote. It is my everyday car and I can get it to 200 when driving a decline. (Doesn't happen often but something's about going an even 200 makes me happy)
Believe it or not, I actually really enjoy driving the Quartz. I bought it on a whim, figuring I'd just reload my save and spare myself the eddies spent. But I have fallen in love with it. It reminds me a bit of an E30; plenty of sway and a fun bit of suspension bounce, and it will swing out but doesn't have enough power to really get you in serious trouble. "Best car" isn't always about what corners the absolute hardest or goes the fastest. That's racer boy hype that everyone has latched onto. It's only about what a person thinks is most fun to drive.
The Quartz is also surprisingly quick. For the non-Nomad modified version, it will still get up around 140 or so. That's not going to help you in any street races, but it's more than enough to get you around town, even chewing up freeway miles in the open. It's also shorter and narrower than most of the cars in this list, so it can weave through traffic a car like the Jav, Cali, or Guinny simply can't.
The only one I'd change is the Aerondite for the Quadra Turbo R V-tech. It's free, and once you get used to controlling the wheelspin in first its insanely quick. It handles great too.
that first car you drove is also I found the best. I got to drive this car after playing that "Nancy, Snowborough-mission" and found this car in the badlands.
I would have to agree, I think that's been the vehicle I've mostly used so far. Especially since I literally got it at the very beginning after the prologue since I went straight to his side quests after.
My fav. list Mizutani Shion "Coyote" (extremely handling in all terrains) Porsche 911 II (extremely handling and amazing brakes) Yaiba Kusanagi CT-3X (imo best bike in the game) subscribed!
A really great feature I'd love to see is upgrades to the vehicles, including paint jobs. After it's back on track of course. Hopefully 1.2 is available today like most are projecting.

@@BassDat33 And you actually believe that to be accurate? I've watched it sit pegged at 52 mph as a passenger while we were going at a pace I'm confident I could jog faster than. The type 66 avenger is bad ass.
I love the “coyote” I’m playing nomad and it suits the life path and my role play the most, plus it’s beautiful
what street cred level do you need to buy the coyote?
I actually bought the Javelina first but regretted not getting the Coyote, it's just so sexy.
dude the coyote is AWFUL for off road driving. I flipped it within 15 seconds of going off road. stay away. hard to believe, but the Kusanagi CT-3X bike handles incredibly well off road. it’s the fastest bike in the game too
@@andydogdad4349 I’m around street cred level 20 or so and I just drove out to the badlands, did a few jobs and you should get a text from the local fixer selling it for 115000 eddies
It’s just unfortunate the game doesn’t suit roleplay very much!
My go to vehicle is always the Kusanagi bike. Gotta love the Akira reference but also that bike is a dream to drive.
i bought the quadra 66 avenger. i just liked how it looked like a kitted out muscle car and sounds like one too lol.
Some of the cars in this game are crazy hard to drive lol
Looking at you, Mizutani Shion MZ2
@@ed1659 Wait what the Mizutani shion is one of the easiest cars to drive out of the 15 i've tested

@@storm0fnova yeah but to be honest the speed of the car doesn't seem to matter too much in a race since the enemy cars spawn behind you if you get too far ahead. One or two mistakes in turns, they get ahead
Handles like a dream
@@bbq0403 That's true, handling seems more important and sometimes weight can help resist bumping. Although the final race you absolutely need a fast vehicle since it is all highway
you should scan the cars to show the hp and weight stats
That crash keeps cracking me up. I thought I was the only one that crashed all the time. I just got the Javelin and you're right it's a beast and handles well. In the meantime my Kusanagi is in garage.

Agreed. Once I started using a bike, I never went back
The batmobile and turbo type r are the two best cars imo the turbo type r is better for just cruising
Especially because they can turn hard way easier

“Aerondight”.....nice Witcher 3 reference. Best sword in the game
Also a reference to Arthurian Myth - in some tellings of the story Aerondight is Lancelot’s sword.
@@procrastinatinggamer I though it was just an arthurian mith reference too since there're more cars named after Arthurian swords
@@Pachiku93 Nah; they put a sword with the same name into the Witcher 1 and 3 (might've been in 2, can't remember) as an Arthurian reference and I guess someone decided to name one car after it in 2077 and figured "Why don't we just have all of this manufacturer's vehicles named after Arthurian swords?"
@@procrastinatinggamer not so sure, there are also other cars of the same brand naned Caliburn and Excalibur, both famous swords used by king Arthur. Then again, the Witcher sword is a reference to Lancelot's sword so the car can be a double reference
@@Pachiku93 Yeah, that's what I meant. Or like the original idea was something like.
"Hey, should we squeeze Aerondight into the game somehow? We had it in most/all of the Witcher series, could be a fun reference."
"How about a car?"
"Perfect. And we can make it not be too on-the-nose by having the manufacturer name all their cars after Arthurian myth swords."
Obviously only the people at CDPR know the truth of how it happened but that's my headcanon theory and I'm sticking to it. :P
“The Beast” truck from Claire is also pretty good. Good handling, decent speed and it’s free from the side quest.
Plus you can just run over other cars no problem. lol I agree with some of the best handling in the game.

I happened upon a wraith variation of the shion and fell in love with how it handled. So I immediately picked up the coyote. It is my everyday car and I can get it to 200 when driving a decline. (Doesn't happen often but something's about going an even 200 makes me happy)
The Ragnar truck is also pretty good if you want something for jumping haha. I summon it to help me get over walls easier XD
I just want a car that isn’t a nomad vehicle but handles like the coyote bc that thing takes corners like a damn champion
The "coyote" is my favorite car atm. It sounds kinda like a big turbo 2jz. Love it.
Try its horn, but hold it down for a few seconds. On PC its default hotkey is "LCtrl", it turns kind of electronic and sounds awesome.
@@chrisp3085 I have, and you are correct. It is awesome.
I read in the database about the "Quadra Type 66 Javelina". It says the Driver can remain unseen while viewing surroundings. Pretty nice feature.

Jackie’s bike is the best handling, especially when you slide the corners. Weaving traffic is fun too.
TagBagTV: At 200.000 eddies I almost didn't put it on the list.
Also TagBagTV: Puts it on first place in the list.
I bought it, drove it for about 15 seconds and never drove it again. It was the most disappointing car in the game imo.
I find it hilarious that the last car on this list, and most expensive in the game, just happened to be the first and only car I've bought so far....
Bought the Aerondight today, absolutely in love with it
How much street cred do you need?

Yesssss so glad that car took 1st, definitely been my favorite since I bought it, actually first car I bought due to a strong gut feeling
Type 66 "Javelin" is actually Javelina. A small, hyper-aggressive swine. Just sayin
Javelin if you have guy character Javelina if girl

The only one I'd change is the Aerondite for the Quadra Turbo R V-tech. It's free, and once you get used to controlling the wheelspin in first its insanely quick. It handles great too.
I really liked using the Quadra Type-66 Cthulhu myself after I got it
that first car you drove is also I found the best. I got to drive this car after playing that "Nancy, Snowborough-mission" and found this car in the badlands.

A really great feature I'd love to see is upgrades to the vehicles, including paint jobs. After it's back on track of course. Hopefully 1.2 is available today like most are projecting.
I won’t get the Aerondight unless I can make it black and purple, like the one in the neokitsch poster.

if the distance shown is saying KM, wouldn't that mean its actually KM/H not MP/H?
For some reason distance is km and speed is miles
@@mateoneves8765 There is absolutely zero chance the speed is actually in miles. You're telling me he's doing 165 mph through downtown? He doesn't even look like he's doing 165 kph nevermind 165 mph (equal to 265 kph).
@@Kune35 If you go driving in first person you can see the MPH in the accelerometer 2:33 for example
@@BassDat33 And you actually believe that to be accurate? I've watched it sit pegged at 52 mph as a passenger while we were going at a pace I'm confident I could jog faster than. Basically stayed that reading through obvious changes in speed. But again I ask you, are you actually aware of how mind blowingly fast 165 mph is? Have you driven a car? That is not a speed you casually cruise to during a jaunt downtown.
(edit) Also the HUD distances are measured in metric, not feet/miles so I'm pretty confident the mph speedo is simply a mistake.
@@BassDat33 Also in Poland where CDPR is based, they use kph/metric. So again, the mph speedo is likely a localization oversight.
