- "Izumo Taisha" Shrine in Shimane Prefecture is known as the shrine
where myriad deities from all over Japan gather and hold a meeting once every year.
The main deity is known as the deity of matchmaking.
The main hall of the shrine is designated as a national treasure.
I walked and visited the route where I can enjoy the whole "Izumo Taisha".
The "highlights", "manners at shrines", and "hidden meanings in this and that" are also explained.

If you travel to Shimane Prefecture, you should also try the fish dishes and soba noodles, which are delicious!
