- We catch high speed Amtrak and NJT action at Rahway and Princeton Jct. over 2 evening rush hours. You will see a wide variety of trains and numerous Heritage and specially schemed locomotives. Princeton Jct. attracts many Railfans from all over and I had a group of rambunctious guys around me trying to get engineers to wear out their horns. The RRHG can’t quite compete with these guys but I do alright at 70.
You got jokes describing me to be a shy guy to all of the sudden being a loquacious individual 🤣. It was awesome meeting you champ, definitely got to go buffing in other areas of the country. 🤝🏿💯
Just from what I could see initially, I couldn’t help but use a little bit of sarcasm. Good meeting you too, and I know I’m not the only horn guy out there.
@@3985uprr Appreciate that champ, keep up the great work!
It makes me smile to watch these young 20 somethings and under out there taping the videos
Torresdale Station Stop fan/resident here. It's the Holiday Weekend on the Corridor which means lots of action 🚋🚈. The busiest times on the Corridor are Labor Day Weekend and Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year's. Never a dull moment on the Corridor 👍.
There is something strangely relaxing about these videos.
Nice vid! I was catching some trains at BWI on the 28th. It was hot, but I enjoyed it!
Action at Princeton Jct, Rahway is heavy during rush hour. I've had many fast rides on NJ Transit and Amtrak. Thanks Tim👍😀👌
Looks like you had a lot of fun! I'm surprised that you love the Arrow III cars, but hate the very similar Silverliner IV cars.
They look better and I love the AA2 horns. The SV4’s are just ugly and their horns stink.
Great video! Have you considered going out and filming the Keystone Corridor between Lancaster and Harrisburg? Construction is pretty sick. The track laying machine is parked at the Elizabethtown station.
No way I was also in Trenton on the 30th. I took a day trip from Wilmington to New York and back using only local trains - was quite the journey!
I was at PJC on the 29th, took advantage of the free fares to ride my first Princeton express 3947 after some meetings in the city. promptly took 652 back since it was at the lowest fare bucket and I had to get home in time and couldn't wait for 3870 and they got rid of 3898. pretty sure the run from newark to princeton junction was faster on 3947 than it was on 652 which has a higher top speed but makes new brunswick and metropark.
On the first train with 642, the car right behind 642 was one of those metroliner inspection cars. Just wanted to point that out, But awesome video!
Cool video 😊😊😊😊
Awesome I was there!!
Hello, I’m a new follower, your videos are educational and outstanding! Do you have any cab ride video of CT or Metro North?
Southeast to GCT last Spring
Nice 👍🏾 💪🏾🔥
On the first train with 642, the car right behind 642 was one of those metroliner inspection cars
Aware of all that news thank you I just wonder what’s going to happen with the Caltrain F40’s. Will they scrap them? Will somebody buy them?
Hey hands down I’m not glorifying but a resident from New Jersey I’ve watched a lot of rail videos across the country & world I know about Japan & china rail work but far as the U.S. NJT high speed rail is impressive on the northeast corridor & compatible with amtrack Diesel and electric
Tim, it's only a matter of time those GE Arrow III EMUs will be going bye bye for good when the Alstom Multilevel III EMUs make their way to the NJT rail network!!!
On the train with 642 the first car was the conference car 9800 1 or 2 rarest thing on the north east corridor
nice video & nice catches
Awesome, ill be uploading my footage soon!
I was at rahway today and princeton junction Thursday and today
Now I feel like I could had met you lol

It’s apparent that there was once another platform at the station that was removed, hinting at a major realignment of track work at Rahway.
Anyone have any clue?
I think there was a platform in the middle
@@3985uprr thanks!
Foam fest at Princeton Junction😂
