Live from the Southern Baptist Convention’s annual meeting in Indianapolis, where representatives will vote on whether to amend the denomination’s constitution to essentially ban churches with any women pastors. That measure received overwhelming approval in a preliminary vote last year.

Yes. I am a woman and I attended the convention as a messenger and I voted. There are majority men at these things because it’s mostly pastors and many of the churches only allow men to be pastors.
Women are not to be pastors.

Glad I left this Faith I was born into for The Orthodox Church. Tradition and scripture go together like bread & butter. I can sleep Well knowing we will never have a female priest because the 12 Disciples were men. And their Disciples were men. And then it was Tradition to this day and borderline unchangeable the way Church politics work😊
The men that wrote the stories left the women out. There are many great women in the bible.
