Oh my gosh! I'm SO excited to make this for my grandma! She makes everyone she knows knitted washcloths and baby blanket quilts all the time. I'd love to give her something back for all the love she's shown me and I think this one is it. Thank you!
I’m crazy about the shaping in your pattern! I’m excited to crochet this beautiful shawl ❤️ I’m new to TC and your tutorial is very clear and helpful Thanks🥰
If you want to loosen an edge that is being worked on an angle like that during construction (to avoid blocking later), you can add a chain at the beginning/end of rows at regular intervals as needed. This will help it lay flat on its own.
Cudos Toni! Your videos are well done, lighting, audio, editing all make for en enjoyable view. You have inspired me to try Tunisian Crochet. Have you done a video on “flat” joining methods granny square?
Thank you soooo much for the pattern, I made the shawl with leftover yarn very pleased with the way it turned out. i wanted to make a cowl with the same pattern, do I just omit the 2 x yo at the beginning and the end of the row. so I don't increase by 4?
Hi ! Nice tutorial, I'm looking for Christmas ideas for my mother ! I can see that the projet will fan a lot and you suggest blocking with steam, as you are working with acrylic. What do you suggest in case of mixed yarns, like acrylic and wool ? Just the wet blocking method ? Steam (but what about wool ?) ? Skip projet and find just acrylic yarns ? Thanks for your advice !
I love your pattern and tutorial. Thank you. To make it in a rectangle, do I just leave out the YO's at the beginning and end. I think you said there is an increase of 4 st per row, so eliminate 2 YO each side? Would I have to chain an odd or even number? Hopefully I can figure it out. Thanks again!
Awesome! I love your channel and blog! I actually got your name from a lady at a sewing expo here in WA. She recommended I watch you to learn Tunisian Crochet! @@TLYarnCrafts
Oh my goodness! This is fantastic! I love it! Where did you get your steamer pls? Using my larger Regina Iron is too big and awkward, where as the one you’re using is much easier for sure ❤️😋
I have finally hooking mine. Now to fringe it. I first ones are at least an inch too short. I don't want welfare fringes. What is your Instagram name? I will tag my picture of my shawl. I love your patterns! and Video's
So I guess this pattern isn't free anymore? Every link I click on the "free pattern" wants to charge me $7.50. I understand people should be paid for the work creating patterns but I'm BRAND new to this. Was hoping to find something free to try to see if I even get the hang of it.

Once you block, do you have to do it again after you wash it?
The right side was straight and the left has a slight curve. Is that intentional or should I block it into a true triangle?
Love the tutorial, I will definitely have to try it. Where is the link for the absolute beginners guide?

I love this shawl! I see that the shawl pattern is free so how is it that I was charged $7.50 ($10 Canadian) for it?
Free on the blog.

Needle
You say the pattern is free but it only is available for a cost of $7.50?

Oh help!! I'm struggling to see the yarn overs and I think I'm picking up the wrong stitches
جيد

It’s just way too fast. I know how to Tunisian Crochet. But I like to see where you are putting your stitches. Tried a few times. But I’ve given up. 😔
Kerri POTTER you can try changing the video to half speed 😊
Ditto about the blog link. Not working.

Thanks, I did find it, tucked in a ton of ads and pictures. I was expecting the link to be to the free pattern disappointing.
