I absolutely love the foam roller classes. Your muscles will be screaming. It looks like a harmless device. But when rolling your body over it , you won’t believe how it releases all those knots. 😮
Intense was the word that came to me as I would find a spot that was tight. Wow! Intense pain as I’d hold it and then it would ease as I breathed. Quite incredible, really!! How wise of you, Chris, to teach us how to maintain our body parts so we can keep doing your classes!! Thank you!!! ❤️
I have always hated using the roller before. I have never done one of your foam roller classes before because, you know, it's a foam roller and I hate it! This was fantastic. I should have known to trust you, Chris. Some places hurt a bit while we were doing it, but it was so worth the effort. And now, I really do feel nicely stretched after the first class today.

Chris, I cannot tell you how much I needed this! This was the first workout I did with a foam roller, and I can't believe how much I've been missing out on!! This was so helpful for me❤
My husband was asking if I wanted to give my foam roller away. I told him I use it in your classes and it’s fantastic for getting kinks out. Thank you so much for this video today! For some reason my right side had more knotted tight muscles than my left. Probably because my right leg is longer than my left from scoliosis so I am always leaning to the right. It’s so interesting to see where my tight spots are.

2nd foam roller class and I knew it would be intense. Lots of unladylike grunting and groaning 😂 Must need to do it more often, lol!!
The air was as blue as my roller completing this. 😂😂but definitely I felt an improvement.
I didn't realize how unhappy my glutes were till I did this 😂😂
