As part of our Deal or No Deal Island coverage, each member of the Final Four is visiting the Jack Vita Show for their exit interview! Today, Jack is joined by runner-up Amy McCoy!
Amy took a commanding lead in the Final Four excursion, becoming the first contestant to complete the puzzle. Amy got a head start in the maze, which prompted Boston Rob Mariano to sneak a peak at her puzzle, resulting in a time penalty for the Survivor icon. Amy relives the moment that paused the game. How long was the stoppage, and did it disadvantage her as she was already in the maze? Amy shares her thoughts on Rob's time penalty.
Despite getting lost in the maze, Amy was able to emerge from the maze before Rob, putting an end to Rob's time on the Banker's Island. Stephanie's case contained the lowest amount, placing her in third, advancing Amy and Jordan to the final two. Jordan bested Amy in a final excursion that last just a few minutes, eliminating Amy from contention. Amy shares her thoughts on the final excursion. Was she expecting something a bit more epic, that may have tested other skills?
Amy reflects on the season. She discusses her edit, the Night Owls alliance, why she picked Rob to face the banker earlier in the season, how the game would have played out differently had Rob lost, and so much more! Amy also discusses which women from reality television she has drawn inspiration from, and what she takes away from this once-in-a-lifetime experience!

She played a good game. I think all the 13 players did great with the excursions. I agree with her when she kept saying she wanted Rob out...He was on survivor so many times, and he won survivor, and this game is if you didn't win excursions, you had to face the banker where you have to win the banker to get another out or you are out. They had difficult times winning excursions when Rob was in. He'd always win immunity. unlike Survivor where you go to tribal and just vote someone out, on deal or no deal, they couldn't just vote him out - they had to win excursions, and next to impossible if he was in. . So as long as he was in the game, AMy is right, that limited her chances... One thing I liked about Amy was she wasn't there to win a beauty contest, she was there to win money...When it comes to who she was as a person on the inside, out of the girls, I felt she was the best...The others were living on an island for a month, and you'd swear majority of the girls were getting ready for a beauty contest..Claudia and the person who calls herself a princess, Alyssa, the way the sat so straight up and behalved seemed to be fake to me...When Amy just had her hair in a bun, and the clothes she was wearing to k eep herself cool, I was saying, you go girl
On the negative side. What I didn't like about her and Stephanie was the lies - she lied to everyone and didn't care who was hurt ...Instead of putting a strategy in place on trying to get Rob out, they lied to others about Boston Rob, saying he was turning on them .It broke my heart when they both did that to Aron...Like the rest of us, they knew he gets emotional. Why would they do that. That's not part of a game, that is part of bullying. In his confessional he said through his tears, I thought Boston Rob was my friend, I guess he was using me. Aron believed it and thought he was being used by the one person he was closest to, but Amy and Stephanie seemed to love to see him hurting as long as it benefitted them and he went on th eir side to vote Rob out...They didn't care who they hurt to get their way. He was crying and they sat at gloated, proud of their work. So next time Amy complains about being bullied on line, maybe she should look at the bullying she did with Aron when it was final 5. Did she care that their lie about Boston Rob's feelings towards Aron and t hat his heart was broken? Did they sympathize with him? No, they didn't care, they wanted to win.
In the maze when AMy said she was frozen and they had to stop for 30 minutes due to Rob's cheating, she said during that time she was studying the map...Isn't that cheating? She was allowed to look at the map, and while your sitting down waiting knowing nobody is catching up to you cuz the whole game is stopped, she is under less pressure and stress to absorb the directions much easier. She is studying the map trying to get an edge and ahead, so she'd know exactlly where she was going. Stop the game also means stop looking at the map as looking at the map was part of the game.
Amy also said that people are telling her Boston Rob would have beaten her if he wouldn't have had that penalty, and Amy said nobody would know th at cuz it could have taken him 15 mins to finish that puzzle...She is right about that, but she was the only one that had that 30 minutes stop period to study the map without the worry that people would catch up to her, so I feel it benefitted her.. You seen Stephanie stopping in the maze trying to study the map and Jordon passed her, but unlike Stephanie, nobody else's game was stopped while she was studying it.

She's friggen lying. She claims she said to pick number 7 when Jordon picked 19 that had the 13 million - BS, she never said that - When Jordon said pick number 19, Amy didn't say a dam thing...I guess Amy forgot cameras were rolling...She also said after it was revealed case number 18 had the 13 million, that she would have picked the case 18- yeah sure, that is why she was seen on camera before Jordon said "deal" - her exact words when 1.2 was offered after that 13 million was taken out, Amy was heard saying " I would say no deal, but then I am pyscho" is her exact words...If she knew the 13 million was in case 18, why would she try to encourage Jordon to say no deal to that 1.2 million. 1000 dollars was in Jordon's case, so thank god Jordon took the deal - or was it that she wanted Jordon to lose all that money?
