Heretic RIFLE Virtuoso - Gw2 PvP Build & Guide

Heretic Amulet is something that it actually took me a while to find a use for. The original version of this build was an adaptation of standard heal chronomancer but it just didn't pack enough punch to be worth it. Virt has flown under the radar despite repeated buffs because of its janky mechanics and useless F5. While this build won't be a competitive monster the way Chrono is, I think it could find a place in the meta and especially dominate in ranked.
