New favourite breakfast!! Thank you! I use soft block tofu, 2 eggs, one thai/heaven-facing red chili pepper, one clove of garlic, and eyeball the rest of the measurements-- I cook for just one person most of the time haha

I think heaven-facing chili is a direct translation from Vietnamese. It's usually called bird's eye chili.
