Thanks for sharing, I heat up the non stick pan with a oil,. Off the fire and pour in some of the beaten egg in, then arrange to sliced Tofu in, then on the fire and more egg to pour over. It turned out so pretty and not messy.

I think heaven-facing chili is a direct translation from Vietnamese. It's usually called bird's eye chili.
