Hi MSM! Can I ask one question? I'm 36 years old. Few years ago maybe 3 or 4, I could hit D6 note in the head voice. But now I can only hit D5. Can I recover that pitch?
Hi there! Strain and the absence of muscle (cord) mobility in that range is what "steals" your notes. Good training can give them back to you :) Yes, you surely can.

@@soulthelight5184 Not the best approach. Work on the NG pharyngeal resonance and use that to help you get up there. If anything, inhale screams at whistle pitches tire your voice. Sounds like your voice might have deepened. What were you doing vocally just before you realized you lost some range?
