Xbox DDoSer thinks he's above the law because apparently, he has permission from the government to DDoS players on Xbox. I stayed in the party and even joined after getting kicked but reinvited multiple times because I knew he did not have special permission from the government to boot on Xbox AND this was just so entertaining to me. I've been DDoSed many times but I never had an Xbox Hacker or whoever tell me they have permission to do so and that laws don't apply to them. A DDoS attack (Distributed Denial of Service) attack is a federal offense in most countries, US and UK exclusively. DDoS attacks or DoS attacks can both result in 10 years imprisonment and/or a $500,000 fine.
I was going through the Xbox Looking for Groups on Xbox. I was looking for Xbox scammers to make a follow up video on Xbox scams. I saw a weird post, which wasn't surprising. The person who made the XLFG (Xbox Looking for Group post), had a very long history of making different kinds of posts. The one that caught my eye was him asking if any player was looking for someone to boot offline (or DDoS attack them). In the XLFG, it's popular for scam victims to look for booters so they can have an Xbox scammer's internet crash. I messaged the Xbox DDoSer and posed as someone that wanted someone to get booted. I carried on this act for a bit until I felt it was necessary to confront him about it.
When I joined his party, I eventually told him I don't need anyone to be booted or DDoSed. I told him that DDoS attacks are against the law. He argued that they're not because he had permission from the government. Once I heard this, I knew I'm gonna have a good laugh. Whether you think you have permission or not, you can never be granted immunity to commit a federal offense. No one is above the law. Even if you PAY for some DDoS software or service, it doesn't mean it's legal or you have permission. It just means that you wasted money on a service you cannot use because it's a federal offense. The Xbox DDoSer ended up kicking me a few times from the party but eventually reinvited me. I gladly rejoined just to hear more laugh inducing assumptions from this guy.
He told me that he signed up for some Xbox booting thing and was sent an email. The email read something along the lines of being able to boot Xbox players offline for a limited time or if they did something wrong. It also said that the government is giving you permission to do this...yes...permission to perform a DDos or DoS attack, despite it being a federal offense against the Computer Abuse & Fraud Act and the Police & Justice Act of 2006. Even if a DDoS takes place over a gaming service, you are still sending millions of packets to someone's own router/modem with then intent to crash their internet. Whether it's a business or not, it's still a federal offense. Take it from me. The guy who read so much about DDoS attacks because I've been booted like 200+ times since 2013.

Most DDOS attacks are considered civil matters not federal offenses. Depending on the damage of a DDOS attack can determine it as a federal offense, but it must be done in a large scale, or against a government employee on government property. Personal DDOS attacks are considered civil matters and the federal court will just send it to your local police department who will in turn to tell you to settle it in civil court. These federal laws were in protection government property and sensitive government information, it wasn’t intended for protection of personal property.

I think it's funny and sad that people do this I used to know and were friends with people who did that stuff. Honestly I regret hanging with those people once I found out that this whole stuff was illegal I stopped keep in mind this was a few years ago so now I keep my friends safe from people like those as I have been on both sides of being booted and used to be a booter. It would be nice if more people helped keep others safe rather than harming them...

I am currently crying so hard right now. This is seriously the most beautiful, well put together story ever. I can’t believe how magical it was 1:12. That part truly made me shed a tear. The flavor, music and everything can be heard, tasted, seen and felt from a screen. You can really hear the breaths between the music artist, empathizing her love for this rotating bacon. Truly what I call modern art. This was the most legendary performance by any piece of bacon I have ever watched. The acting was top tier and very life changing. This is one of the greatest work from a piece of bacon I have ever seen especially on 57:42.I am currently crying so hard right now.
