Beautiful home, I would make quite a few changes though. The 10’ non-operating windows in the great room; I would turn into collapsing glass doors for the indoor/outdoor luxury when entertaining. I think the Builder missed the mark there.
The main bedroom design is also a bit dark, I would change the color of the walls to lighten it up a bit.
I’m sure it will sell quickly though.
