"The warranty start date shown for any product in a Fanatec account is based on the shipping date of the order. This means if the customer purchases a pre-order item, the purchase date has no bearing on the start of the warranty coverage. If the customer requires support towards the end of the warranty period, we take the date of delivery into account."

Disturbing. Interesting strategy to accuse you of doing damage to the brand by being an impartial journalist providing transparency. Kudos to you for continuing to deliver the information. I'd be interested to see more interviews. Almost all my gear is Fanatec, I'm in the US market and have actually had a decade of flawless performance and customer service, and because of that placed and order for the leather 911 GT3 R podium wheel this Monday, and received it about an hour ago. I'll admit though, this seems dire. Thanks for what you do, it's important.

For me personally, it wasnt your interview that made me not buy from fanatec. It was the 2023 shitstorm that completely made me lose hope in the brand,
This entire video feels like it’s Thomas full blown reaching for anything now to try and get the company back.

I ordered the ClubSport 320 Alcantara on Wednesday, and it's scheduled to arrive on Wednesday or Thursday. I've never had any issues with Fanatec equipment or my orders.
This is like blaming the fire investigator for the barn fire after the fact.
One of most incompetent CEO's I've ever seen.
I orderded DD Extreme base/GT7 wheel + V3 Inverted pedals + the 1.5 Shifter June 5th and it was sent the day after. Due to UPS slacking it tock nearly 14 days for me to get it but now I have them, no issues whatsover so far. That said, they don't answer emails it seems, so the supportside is totally broken atm it seems. Anyway, I'm glad I bought it, best simgear I ever owned (no Proracer by any means, just a GT7 enthusiast) This man seem hellbent on dragging Fanatecs name in the dirt, so I just wanted to post here to make people aware that it is happy customers out here too. 😁😉
Typical corporate rubbish, blame the person speaking the truth, not Fanatec that are the ones responsible for everything. Keep doing what you are doing Kireth, the truth is all that matters regardless of the consequences.

How Kireth brought down Fanatec.. Hold on didn't you just ask questions which he answered? Maybe their customer service, black Friday and lack of transparency had a little to do with it too. BTW now a very happy owner of a Moza 12 and KS wheel. (although a little stress full waiting for it, with a few hiccups it was actually delivered only one day after expectations 21 'working' days)
The main problem with these videos and stories is it becomes self fulfilling. People hear about these potential problems and they steer clear of Fanatec. I chose to ignore the noise and ordered a DD pro base, steering wheel and load cell pedals three weeks ago and received my order without a problem in less than a week. (I'm in the US). I think TJ mismanaged the company and is now trying a Hail Mary.
I agree to an extent. Fanatec is in rough water and it's not looking good.
However, if you have a warranty problem you aren’t getting it fixed. That is what people are worried about.
The deception and manipulation of reddits, forums, channels, and all the little pockets of of simmy spaces, is very easy for those who stand to gain multi million dollars of resources. The first hand actual customers have zero problems. But fake reviews and fake news is trivial and cheap and many blindly regurgitate it. Without first hand experience and hands on data, it's best to distrust the easily faked comments. the noise is worse than just noise, it's active deception.
You have no idea what you're talking about... We're talking about bankruptcy laws... Corsair is 100% trying to buy the by far biggest company in sim racing at a fraction of the price...
It's called corporate infiltration... They bribe the heads of the company, CFOs, COOs etc to make the company look like shit to lower the price even by 50% sometimes..

Someone just lost his mind. Desperation in writing. Good he got sent away. I sense a lot of frustration and emotion showing a lot of incompetence.
I think he continues to show that he's still more of a Sim racer, then he is a CEO. I hope When the Smoke Clears someone eventually comes forward and puts a finger on where this actually started. I've got a feeling he spread those finances a little too thin. W e c sponsorship.. two dozen wheel options.. with the R&D that went along with each one. I've been wondering for a couple of years how they're surviving. They weren't. But he was making a lot of people happy for quite a while. I had to wait for Logitech to make a dd, because that just happens to be my brand. Has been for 29 years. Order a G Pro wheel and pedals this past monday, and they were BOTH here Friday. You didn't change my purchase at all.
I'm finding out about troubles in Fanatec in worst way possible. My DD Pro wheel base started to disconnecting lately, did everything to try to fix it along with buying QR2 and for almost two months I cannot race because it doeasn't work. After few weeks since the problem started so far the only answear I got from Fanatec was to send video showing the problem and after that silence again.
No side in this will come out looking good. Fanatec was dumb enough to spend millions to be the title sponsor of SRO events while losing millions and failing to deliver to customers. They reap what they sow. This is just an extreme example of the delusions of grandeur that some in the sim racing community have.
Watched the video again, and nothing really new here, just the dates on some of message captions. What I do know is thats its quite obvious that nothing has changed, other than some products are getting shipped (my QR2 is due today) however, there have been no new driver releases, no new fanlab updates and other than a CSL Cockpit, no new products either
Load cell broke on my brand new v3 , ive contacted them and no replay , ive previously contacted them about taking 99e more for my order as they didnt sent qr1 that comes with porsche wheel , no response at all like support doesnt exist
I'm on week 5, almost 6 now, of waiting for a broken piece on my pedals too. I was part of the people who ordered black Friday and built my first rig, who waited months to get it to begin with lol. My hope is diminishing quickly.
@@Skovos they replied to me finally and requested to send them complete pedals, which i denied as if im waiting more than a month for just reply how much i will wait for repair…. Ive asked them to send them only load cell as they said they need to investigate the problem even internet is full of the exact same problem due to faulty load cell design. I even asked them to buy load cell even my pedals are under warranty as i want to back to racing asap. I already lost places in championships ive participated and missed some that i was plan to race in. This kind of support is completely unacceptable.
This is all wildly interesting. Ultimately for me I've placed three to four orders with them and outside of my Black Friday order that did take about 2 to 3 months to arrive I received everything within a two-week span since then. I've had my Gran Turismo wheel since launch... upgraded to the load cell pedals then upgraded to ClubSport V3. Looking to grab that Porsche endurance wheel and the DD extreme in the near future.
As a guy who was on the fence between a DD+ and a G Pro, id love to see more data before I make a purchase.
People keep saying they receiving orders but don’t understand that doesn’t mean its getting better it just means they are happily taking your money and probably shipping out quickly made equipment and then having customers sit for months waiting for a email back on there ticket for broken or missing parts

Kireth I think your reporting on this whole subject has been fair and unbiased from the start. I would love to see another sit down between you and Thomas Jackermeier. Still find it hard to believe that every existing stockholder would be left with nothing if this sale to Corsair goes through.

@96Tre ya, my order game in with no real issues... seems that my direct drive took a bump as it had 2 scuffs in the plastic, but after seeing the customer service issues some people are having, I figured it's not worth the hassle

I have a busted port on my wheel base I reached out still waiting to hear back from them I sent pictures of what was broken as well but they take so long to respond
I just ordered last week. Tomorrow I'm receiving my order. So far I had no problems.
They can point fingers all they want. The reason they are in this current state is simple. Egotistical people flexing their muscles and that includes you Thomas. You can't come to a resolution if you are too busy fighting each other and you can't hold certain RUclipsrs responsible for this current state when you are the one going online naming and shaming people. As the ex CEO it was his responsibility to oversee all aspects of the business including the delays in deliveries and parts orders. If he had gone through the data sheets like he should have done, he would have quickly picked up that the inflow for certain inventory items do not satisfy the number of orders they have received. He should have taken action then. If Corsair has managed to get their foot in the door, they have no one to blame but themselves. Blabbering his mouth like that is doing nothing but alienating himself even further. He needed to put his difference aside and get his foot in the door and then take action. His blabbering just shows what an idiot he is which is a shame because the company he built in the past was nothing short of amazing.
Ordered a Clubsport DD Bundle 3 weeks ago and received it 1 week ago. All completely fine.

Ordered the dd gt7 bundle and McLaren steering wheel, all arrived in 2 weeks, no problem.
I would say, the fact he put strict and direct blame on you, I'd be sending him a letter from my solicitor for deformation of character

I don't know the dates off hand and I haven't really looked at them but didn't the Logitech g90 just come out and everyone started dropping review videos on it and essentially saying that as far as feedback goes it's the best wheel you can buy right now? I doubt you did damage to the sales. Logitech just hit it out of the park. I think everybody just started dropping review videos around that time

Why would suppliers have no confidence in Corsair? I'm far from a Corsair fan, but that doesn't make sense, unless it's about something very specific. (Anecdotally, I have also ordered some stuff from Fanatec recently and it's already shipped, which is better than my last experience with them.)

It seems like Thomas is not doing this for money - in the last post he wrote that he had been offer a consultancy position at a bank totalling all of his assets in Fanatec but turned this down because he wants to keep his company. Unbelievable story.

It's normal to blame everyone but yourself. Of course it's hard as a RUclipsr, but you're not to blame. If the company is doing a good job, then it won't have any problems, no matter how the reports about the company are.
I ordered stuff and came within a week this was a month ago….if they stopped supply then why does the site have good shipping dates when previously it has not

I used to work for a very large German company which was taken over by the creditors. There’s a lot of attention seeking going on by vloggers.

I received the confirmation email instantly then this morning at 7.30am I received another email saying the order is being processed. As I write this I just received another email at 8.16 am saying my item has been dispatched and was handed over to UPS.

Im not surprised you’ve been called out because of how you dramatically make videos about Fanatec. Your videos even made me make the final decision to never think of ordering from Fanatec. So you obviously have damaged sales and branding. Branding is all about the image and perception in the customer’s mind. If you’re making dramatic videos and titles about the Fanatec situation it will obviously damage the brand and creative a negative brand image and therefore impact sales further.

I tried to warn you about your style of reporting and the narrative you were putting out there ages ago. Instead of listening, you accused me of "being jealous". LOL. I am not. On the contrary, I am happy about every RUclipsr who sheds a light on the procedures that are going on with Endor. I share my information and videos with some bigger German influencers, because I am not in it for the clicks! They did reactions on my videos and I am happy about it! That´s where I come from. Some corrections on this video of yours:
- You say, Thomas Jackermeier WAS the majority shareholder. That is incorrect, he STILL IS!
- Why don´t you disclose your sources? That´s what I do, because I want to give my viewers all the tools to inform themselves properly and also to question my assumptions. That´s what journalists usually also do, by the way... You consider yourself a journalist? Well, then get up to a journalistic standard, mate!
- This gives me the impression, YOU want to be (and stay) the only source of information for your viewers. As you always say in your videos: "You will get this information only here".
- Why didn´t you anonymize the names of the other chat members TJ reacted to in your screenshots? Not everyone will be happy to appear in your videos...
- You say you didn´t make any money on the interview. So, isn´t your channel monetized?! Not so sure about that.

Same. Not too many options if you sim on consoles, but DriveHub does help close the ecosystem gap. Overall happy with the G Pro - it's a great setup.
Now only if Logi would take advantage of this situation and release their whole ecosystem...
