Same thing is happening with talent being wasted making live service games rn. Nobody wants your knockoff Fortnites and trend chasing battle royale games that obviously only exist to chase a bag. Just start letting devs make cool games again FFS. AAA as an industry needs to be reeled tf in rn.

Concorde’s shooting looks pretty decent , I wish it was a single player FPS in the style of a killzone or Resistance. Especially because these people know how to make a cutscene it seems. The writing was pretty iffy, but some of the designs are fun like the robot and the fish (coral?) looking creature. I don’t know man, who is the audience? Bloober team is doing their best it seems, whatever. A lot of this, whatever. BUT THEY BROUGHT IT ALL BACK WITH ASTRO BOT!!! LETS FUCKING GOOOOOO

None of those characters in Concord are compelling enough to warrant continuous story bits. That story trailer was pretty, but as bland as Total without the raisins.

Take Dragons Dogma 2 for example, everything you can buy is like easily obtainable in game. You'd have to be an idiot to pay money for it. The VERY few people who did like some of this show need to also be able to acknowledge the show was a disappointment as a whole. If you’re on top of the industry, you need to ride that momentum and not stall out because “we’re already on top”
