It sold in 2023, but still listed as one of my favorites. There's one nearby for half the price, but nowhere near the same sized plot. Still a beautiful area that i can't wait to check out one day.
The property has lots going on for it. The front of the house. It takes me back in time. It has copper downspouts.The front looks like an old plantation home. I love the closets in the home lots of storage. The home has lots of upgrades. The floors are beautiful and the ceiling in the eat in kitchen are beautiful. I’m just seeing the butler’s pantry and walk-in pantry.There too many things to like about this home. The acreage is worth the money. The bonus room has the lovely herring bone floors. The person that can afford this house are getting a gem for sure. Good work John in finding another home that is spectacular. Good job 👏
The kitchen blew me away. That’s how you do a white kitchen! You have to have something that elevates it. & the reclaimed wood did just that! Also, the inset kitchen cabinet doors, and the inset doors for the bathroom vanities and closet systems are so appropriate for a home of this stature. But surprisingly, we don’t see luxury builders use them as often as they should, IMHO. Overall, a stunning home!!!
The real estate market today is way too over priced that's why I have to strike it rich on the lottery to even consider but I know someday my house dream will come regardless and these are gorgeous 🌹 but again they're not mansions we need to lower prices and interest rates to get the housing market and economy to be booming again
The kitchen...drool. I love a window over the sink and that has 3! Bonus room over the garage is amazing. Screened porch is fire. I am scratching my head wondering what one does with 30-acres. Having been in the suburbs my whole life I cannot even envision it. All I see are taxes lol
The exterior was built like it’s been there the colonial, federal style, the land that comes Bear graham did that!☝🏽what I’m looking for! Though it sold I’ll be watching for another 💎, thank you keep you posted when I relocate, everything about it screamed me❤
