I’ve been in real estate for many years the home is nearly pure perfection! Design and quality is on point! Two things missing master needed an additional closet and the media/game room should have a full on bar /kitchen! I would of been sold! Great job but consider a better selection of music. ❤

Like the house but I still hate that its in a HOA... I really depise HOAs... now place this home on 5+ acers in a none HOA location .... sold for 10Ms... LOL
WHAT'S WITH THOSE HIDEOUS STRING LIGHTS IN THE BREAKFAST AREA? YOUR KIDDING RIGHT? Why is there so many different types of lights in the kitchen? I love the kitchen except for all the different light fixture. Make them match better. The lighting in this house is horrible, I would tear it all out and have all new put in for the entire downstairs. NOTHING WRONG WITH THE MASTER CLOSET OR THE MUSIC BUT YES, A BAR IN THE MEDIA AREA WOULD BE NICE.

If you are in the market of a home, we always have the ability to view properties without HOAs
Yeah, they’re not in the market.
All brick home painted white. Why? Just use stucco if you want a white house. Bricks were not made to be painted.
