Update launches tomorrow, but got a chance to check it out on the Xbox Series X early thanks to Sloclap. It's basically a bunch of challenging situations. Some have ridiculous modifiers. I tried my best after a year away from the game, and got my cheeks clapped. You need some serious Sifu practice to nail 3 medals on each. If I ever get 3 on all I'll post that footage lol. Enjoy!

There are challenges for each area. Getting 3 medals in each is the desired outcome. With more medals you can unlock new areas and challenges

No, but u can use all standard moves even if u didn’t unlock them in story mode
