The guy playing Don Eladio is a fantastic actor. I've met two drug-lords in my life, once as a kid & once as an adult, both times it was sheer coincidence through someone else. This is exactly what both were like. Very relaxed, charismatic, business-men types that spoke with strong authority & certainty.

I keep seeing a lot of small details in Breaking Bad or Better Call Saul. For instance just let's take a look at 2:47 scene. Take a look at Don Eladio and Nacho color of clothes and how different they are (apart from shoes).

I always wondered about that. Sure, Nacho has no reason to be smiling all the time- but smiles are a front. When you’re around so many murderous psychopaths, you’d think you’d flash them a smile every once in a while so they don’t think you hate them or you plan on betraying them. Ignacio constantly looks like he’s extremely nervous and anxious or he looks like he’s actively imagining the fifty different ways he could kill you. He just looks so nervous all the time! Nacho really had alot of potential….he was smart, strong and capable of holding a business of his own but unfortunately he made the mistake of getting involved with the Salamancas and made the bigger mistake of messing with them
I think Lalo goes wandering off looking for revenge and decides to slowly pick off his enemies. Fortunately for Lalo, the more gritty and tougher guys are all dead (Breaking Bad universe: Gus, Mike, Don Eladio, Bolsa etc). So he more than likely focuses on finding and killing Nacho, who has had to flee with his father. Just to tie up loose ends Lalo may even want to kill Saul and Kim (providing Kim isn't dead and which is the reason for Saul moving away and working in Cinnabon). I know we saw some awkward tension between Lalo and Bolsa in this final episode, but in Breaking Bad Bolsa and his men were killed by orders from Gus.
Nacho’s goals were totally out of line with his path. A criminal is always going to have to look over his shoulder. He was also always going to have to answer to someone. It might not have been Tuco but it would have been other members of the cartel. Brodie, if you want security and stability (no one even really has that tbh) be a law abiding citizen. Nacho’s goals were totally out of line with his path. A criminal is always going to have to look over his shoulder. He was also always going to have to answer to someone. It might not have been Tuco but it would have been other members of the cartel.
