@@paolovallejo8022 The older generations have nobody to blame for it but themselves. Perhaps if they were home their kids wouldn't have needed Nintendo to babysit them.
With Mike and Saul you already know no matter what they can't die. Not the case with Nacho, so I'm really glad BTC brought in this character, giving the show the suspension of worrying about someone. I was really glad when one of the cousins nodded approvingly to him, meaning they now trusted him.
I almost felt bad for the Cousins in Nacho's last scene in BCS. They're so confused and hurt by what he says about the Salamancas, and you can understand why. They've fought beside him, he's (apparently) taken a bullet for them and they've helped him in turn. And with how they were raised, they're incapable of seeing anything wrong with what their family does, so Nacho's betrayal must seem completely incomprehensible to them. The only thing they can still rely on is Hector's motto of "la familia es tudo", since even the most "proven" friends can suddenly become the most bitter enemies. And this all works in Gus' favor. After Nacho, they won't trust anyone who isn't of their blood, so even as the family dwindles in numbers it will also lose wider influence out of sheer paranoia, until the once-proud name of Salamanca becomes nothing more than chicken feed.
that's such an interesting analysis omg i love how you tied the way they were raised and their naturally human(no matter how inhumane they act) thoughts
Nacho was the only person outside the Salamanca’s that the twins seemed to respect and even admire at some level. They seemed to almost purposely miss Nacho when they were firing at him later and showed restraints in his final moments. As far as they were concerned he had earned their respect. No small feat with the twins. I think they respected him for standing with them in the shoot out and also that his motives for the things he was doing was to protect his dad. As intensely loyal they were to their families, I think in their minds they could relate with his actions and came to the conclusion they would have done the same thing if it bowled down to protecting one of their own.
nacho is actually "the audience"....His character represents what the audience is feeling....he is the audience's point of view and their emotions. Also, you can tell nacho never wants any part of any of the game...but he just keeps getting deeper and deeper in it when all he wants is nothing to do with it.
Does anyone think this is Nacho's first kill? The way he reacted after shooting the dude with the shotgun seemed like it stunned him, for a second. Maybe I'm just over-analyzing but I find it interesting how Nacho's putting himself through hell just to keep his father alive and he just condemned himself to it in the afterlife in this very scene.
NEIL ARMSTRONG: "I walked on the moon." NACHO: "Yeah? Well I got a slight nod of approval from Marco Salamanca." NEIL ARMSTRONG: "Seriously??? Can I have your autograph???"
Gotta admit this was badass, when Nacho was talking about coming back later with some more men and the the way the brothers looked at each other like " that's not how we get things done" and just walk out of the car to take care of business as casually as though they're going into a grocery store.
I like that he gave Nacho a little nod of thanks, he saw the guy came to help when reinforcements arrived even though he was wounded badly enough to have to use off hand and barely walk.
4:40 like how they made the cousins look so Invincible as the other twin simply walks out with not even a scratch, makes Hank a total badass for actually being able to kill them.

The cousins were both very silent individuals, avoiding any kind of unneeded conversation, and only speaking when absolutely necessary. They seemed to have both mastered a complex system of nonverbal communication. As they were shown to be able to effectively do their jobs without saying a word on multiple occasions.
Nacho earned the cousins respect more and more throughout the show. Its really nice to see how upset and betrayed the cousins were when they found out varga was a rat. They were like wth bro, I thought you were cool. Great writing
It's amazing, the things that Nacho is willing to do, above and beyond what's even expected of him, all for the sake of his father's survival. Backing up his partner when he asked for 6 keys like an idiot, getting Lalo's drugs back, backing up the cousins in a gunfight when he's barely able to stand. When it comes to fight or flight, flight is simply never considered as an option in his mind. Narxes I haven’t watched the series in quite a long time. I may be wrong, but I’m almost positive that in one episode they kinda go over the Salamanca family, and I believe I remember Krazy-8 was mentioned.
Goosebumps at 4:05 onward. Sometimes the best acting involves everything but dialogue. The body language and facial expressions are all you need to see for the scene to fully explain itself.
I never hear people bring up the quiet twins dress. They are incredibly fashionable serial killers.
they aren't serial killers, they're hitmen/enforcers, they only kill who they need to or are told to.
They stylin on their enemies
Just Like Germans
@@TheLonerrGermans what? Lederhose? Bierbauch?
Nacho felt like a player who just started the game and joined his 2 veteran friends match mid game.
He was just an observer here.
Sad how younger generations can only think of videogames as a cultural reference
@@paolovallejo8022 So, what should they use as reference in your opinion that seems to matter so much more?
@@paolovallejo8022 The older generations have nobody to blame for it but themselves. Perhaps if they were home their kids wouldn't have needed Nintendo to babysit them.
watching this whole scene from nacho's POV was still just as terrifying
I'm just glad nacho made it out alive
I really hope he survives like Jesse
for now..! 😏
John Hunt you lied, he didnt even show up.
He probably is going to die soon or leave the country because he's not in Breaking Bad.
Hamza Khaliq probably
04:00 what a great scene - like a Terminator coming up from behind you to protect you
When one of the Salamanca Cousins nods to you, this is as much appreciation one can get from them
Nacho was the only person outside the Salamanca’s that the twins seemed to respect and even admire at some level.
The nod of thanks is almost imperceptible! Perfect.
I think it was more a nod asking "are you ok?" which explains why Nacho nods his head the way he does.
nacho is actually "the audience"....His character represents what the audience is feeling....he is the audience's point of view and their emotions. Also, you can tell nacho never wants any part of any of the game...but he just keeps getting deeper and deeper in it when all he wants is nothing to do with it.
The soundtrack... god damm it... I can't express how brillant is Dave Porter. When he makes a dark track, he really does a dark track.
True, and the spout of fire right after the kill may be just the slightest hint towards that
NEIL ARMSTRONG: "I walked on the moon."
NACHO: "Yeah? Well I got a slight nod of approval from Marco Salamanca."
NEIL ARMSTRONG: "Seriously??? Can I have your autograph???"
this nod at 4:27 says so much, for one of the salamancas
Gotta admit this was badass, when Nacho was talking about coming back later with some more men and the the way the brothers looked at each other like " that's not how we get things done" and just walk out of the car to take care of business as casually as though they're going into a grocery store.
Hits different now
How does RUclips know what I watch on Netflix?
Illuminati
David Valderrama Muñoz pretty much.
NSA
Under capitalism, human beings are just commodities. Your data is bought and sold.
"they" know everything...
I like that he gave Nacho a little nod of thanks, he saw the guy came to help when reinforcements arrived even though he was wounded badly enough to have to use off hand and barely walk.
RIP Nacho , you died a hero.
Truly a force of nature when together.
0:31 twin is like “alright lets start the show”
4:35 When you know he is coming out but still its amazing showup...
You cut off the best part of the video where the brothers look at each other when Nacho suggests they need more people to pull off the hit. 😑
4:40 like how they made the cousins look so Invincible as the other twin simply walks out with not even a scratch, makes Hank a total badass for actually being able to kill them.
Plot armor
This just shows how badass hank really was he took them both out by himself and lived barely but he did
He's badass and lucky
He didn’t have his gun with him either, the Twins wouldn’t have gotten a shot on him otherwise.
He had a heads up what do you expect that and plot
@@ihavetowait90daystochangem74 Even with the heads up it was 2 v 1 and the twins wore vests. All the warning call did was level the playing field a bit to give hank a chance at saving his own life.
Michael Mando CRUSHED THIS ROLE💯 When he said....’YOU THINK OF ME’....To Hector....it gave me chills!!
*Nacho is a badass*
Ken You stupid, no?
1:56 Darting off to the basement to get more toilet paper when your on the can and run out.
3:10 Finally a TEC-9 in a movie that's not goddamn automatic
Still inaccurate, no real Tec can shoot four times without jamming
They were still no match for Hank Schrader.
Don`t forget that Gus Fring tipped Hank of right before the attack, if he was totally unprepared I think Hank would have been killed.
I mean Hank won but I wouldn't say they were no match, hank almost died and it fucked his life up
@@coylio33ify Considering Hank was at a complete disadvantage, I say they were no match. Hank was unarmed while the twins were armed and prepared, and they had bulletproof vests.
@@H.K.5 exactly..!
@@H.K.5 Well, Hank was tipped off, so...
The impact from this scene is dampened severely by not including the small scene in the car preceding this.
I like how the cousins facial expression remains constant throughout the show...
My absolute favorite scene.... I came for Saul, I came back for these three...
4:09 my big brother showing up in my school to fight the bullies
For me @4:07 is a great moment in BCS, it shows how the overall theme of the whole series - "Family is everything!" is portrayed
The cousins were both very silent individuals, avoiding any kind of unneeded conversation, and only speaking when absolutely necessary. They seemed to have both mastered a complex system of nonverbal communication. As they were shown to be able to effectively do their jobs without saying a word on multiple occasions.
4:24 when nachos gets up you see a bullet wound in one of the twins shoulder and hes just walking around as if its a mosquito bite.
I love that the Cousin gave him a respectful nod for going in after them in his state.
Nacho earned the cousins respect more and more throughout the show. Its really nice to see how upset and betrayed the cousins were when they found out varga was a rat. They were like wth bro, I thought you were cool. Great writing
“Alive.” Says a lot while saying very little
Nacho: “We need backup...”
Salamanca Bros: “WE ARE THE BACKUP!”
"F*cking Salamancas" i love this line from nacho so much 🤣
I like how he throws the rifle to the floor when he’s out, like “piece of crap”
Every time I see this guy I expect the Vaas in him to jump out lol
Same
1:40 This was the moment that Nacho got out of the car.
Put Michael Mando in everything. Games, shows, movies it doesn’t matter. He’s such a talented person
he did the video game character named "Vaas" in Far cry
4:27 i would have hugged him with tears in my eyes I honestly feel the twins are the emotional type
Did you watch breaking bad?

@@LOKITYZ Almost predicted ALMOST :D
They really need a Far Cry reference in Season 6 between Nacho and Gus
That subtle nod at 4:26 is like getting a reprieve from the Grim Reaper himself
0:24 dagger hit sound from World of Warcraft :D
It's amazing, the things that Nacho is willing to do, above and beyond what's even expected of him, all for the sake of his father's survival.
Backing up his partner when he asked for 6 keys like an idiot, getting Lalo's drugs back, backing up the cousins in a gunfight when he's barely able to stand. When it comes to fight or flight, flight is simply never considered as an option in his mind.
You can see how much the stress is eating him from the inside all over his face in every scene he's in, yet he still picks fight every time. I love this character.
Salamanca bros:*takes down a gang without backup* also Salamanca bros:*gets killed by a fat dea agent*
The element of surprise is everything.
Plot armor. Plus going after untrained people who are just handed a gun is a lot different than going after someone who knows what they're doing.
Never understimate Your opponent, they understimated Hank and look what happened.
@@mattscott4803 They would have had the drop on Hank if Gus hadn't given him the slip at the literal last minute.
2:30 When it becomes clear that this is going to be a really arduous day at the office
This scene is so heart racing and anxiety filled no words said by nacho or the twins basically the whole time and you know what they’re thinking amazing acting
*When the game says stealth is optional but your the only player thats doing melee kills in your sector....*
"Surrender. It is the only way you come out alive."
