My husband and I listen to this about every night. All you are great musicians. Only thing missing is standing ovation at the end. Can't believe someone could play a fiddle that well.

Sammy Lind (fiddler) taught a class at Mars Hill, NC, Roots of American Music Week. I've been working on bowing (finally after 5 years on fiddle) and Sammy convinced and demonstrated the value of, "down-bow" fiddling. It was a great, great class by a great guy!
They are all great and one of my favorite bands -- but that bass is just outstanding!!

Indescribably good. Words are not enough. Their grins at the end reveal everything.
Always loved the sound of this string tuning on a fiddle. It mysteriously makes it sound like twin fiddles.
I think it's how the mandolin is playing which is brilliant. He knows how.to play the song!
