Same thing happened before the 08 crash. Too many people think the bubble is the new norm. People can't afford the loans they took out starting in about 22. Refinancing isn't an option, unlike what realtors then said. The pot is starting to boil and if there's a jump in unemployment, or any other exogenous shock, housing will turn to the downside. I could see another blood bath with the housing market.
thanks for your insight. I am 26, MA, in ohio, and cannot afford a home. There is a path to homeownership for me, but it definitely requires taking out a second job. I wish we would build more homes and keep prices down.
And realtors think they add more value to the housing market then they actually do. If people choose list their house "too high", so what? It's their own problem. Everything balances out on longer-term timelines.
From one MMA practitioner to another: Humble yourself. I've seen you move, just because you couldn't cut it with actually skilled people doesn't mean you need to take your inferiority complex out on other people making a living
Good insight thanks for making this bro!
You bet brother!
astounding to me how many people think they can flip a house by simply existing in it.

Agreed. There are many things at play here and it very well could get ugly.

Absolutely bro. Hoping you get it figured out and if you ever have questions feel free to reach out!

Every action has a reaction.
Realtors, especially the seller agents, do basically nothing. I listed and sold my house myself, and now i know it for a fact. So get a real job
Not everyone has the times, means, or know how. Congrats on being an obnoxious know it all with nothing better to do.
Good for you bro! Enjoy your “real job” lol
