I wanted to learn how to make croissant. Went through few recipes but found yours to be the easiest. I'm going to try this weekend as I'll be going back to work on Monday after the lockdown. hi, yes pwede po though my tendency na maiba ang dough consistency, please adjust na lang accordingly. add up liquid or add up flour if it needs it to match the consistency :)

it's instant dry yeast which can be directly be mixed with the ingredients without the need of foaming it. The method is just simplified which doesn't require longer proofing.

it’s ok water can replace milk, it gets a chance to be more chewy. it’s just milk is richer in flavor.
