Each show is unscripted & I’ll actually be touring every home for the first time alongside all of you!
On this episode, we’re touring 3 gorgeous properties in Etobicoke, (Toronto, Ontario). Each of these homes were custom built & have some really nice features.

First house garden is for sure low maintenance. I like a garden with actually gras. I do not mind the maintenance it is just so much lovelier.

The videographer doesn't know how to film houses. Totally missed the closets and the spaciousness of the rooms by not zooming out. When talking about features like coffered ceilings and custom flooring, then didn't even show them! It felt like s/he was in a hurry to get out. What a shame.

You have the makings of a great thing here; I really enjoyed your work! A few constructive criticisms, though: get a little better wind protection on your mic as soon as you can and remember to actually show the house/features, not just the realtor ^_~
I actually lost the dead cat that goes on the mic & for this particular mic they are not easy to find. I actually found one and its on order! Thank you for your comments!

Constructive criticism coming from a good place:
1. Reduce the hip hop movements of your hands or body. Will definitely make you seem more approachable and less jerky
2. Focus on showing the home ...that’s the bread and butter of your show
3. Practice what you are going to say a few times before filming, will make it seem as though you are lovingly offering this property to well deserving folks.
I really appreciate the feedback! Feel free to watch episode 2, its much better than this one! Also, I am actually going through the home for the first time so I can't really practice what Im going to say!

These homes have high ceilings but small rooms in comparison to the size of the house .
Hi Mario, i must say that the property you had shown in this video is jaw-dropping, but the cameraman is stupid or having no previous exp in filming anything that is why he had all the focus on you speaking. You should hire a better cameraman so that we can have better visibility in video. Good luck.

Real estate agents confuse me. I can't tell if the whole thing is a scam or if they are trying to inflate their value which brings me back to my first point.
I’m confused here, A seller wants to sell their home, they call a realtor, they list it, a buyer makes an offer, the seller accepts, Where is the scam?
Put me on a show on tv and give me a million dollars to sell your house and then we can talk about it.

23 Gaylord was trash, sold for $1.982M for a reason instead of the asking $2.485M.

@@aksowunUsually every community has builders that do a lot of work in them so they definitely all talk! Are you a builder also or just live in the area?
@@armanisells Builder. Eatonville fell off a cliff since April 2017. Now you have bozo's listing for $2.6M and higher in this area. Some of these guys got way too ahead of themselves.
