However, I have been hearing some horrible building quality issues with Concord builder (specifically Sheppard and Leslie) in the past.
How's quality for new building? Any major issues?
Hi David, Thank you for the kind comments. For Concord Parkplace (Sheppard and Leslie masterplan community), their first few buildings, 15 to 33 Singer Courts, are not great quality-wise. Ever since the Omega building, the builder Concord has really stepped it up. This is from our experience and from our client's feedback. These new buildings include Omega, Seasons & Saisons.
