System Shock is an action first person shooter set on Citadel Station. You have to fight your way through cyborgs, mutants, and robots controlled by SHODAN, a rogue AI. The game was originally made by Looking Glass with the remake made by Nightdive Studios.

Berserk patch not needed, the laser rapier will kill it before the EMP wares off.

Actually, on normal difficulty I had no issue defeating it with basic guns because I already had a turbo boots at this point.
Bruh, just EMP it and then destroy it with the laser rapier.

In the old game you could do this with inert explosives and a single landmine. Explosions set off other explosives.

Yeah that whole zooming in and taking away your weapons right before the boss fight.. I don't know whoever came up with that idea but.. bad idea.. at least you could preemptively toss with the cortex reaver, with Diego it was like.. okay so I just got to sit here and do nothing, but make sure that I click the button again on my way across the arena, where he's standing there and I can't shoot anything
jesus as if the dishonored kills midsequence (havelock shoots the whale tanks while talking to me and in 2 alex sits on a few fire bottles goes up in flames then gets my sword in her throat) weren't awesome! Nice! Liked that the ambush this time kinda reminded me of the polito reveal! Coincidence?

Is Shodan's line referencing the idea that EMPing Cortex Reaver might free the human trapped inside?
No. The human is dead and can't be saved.
@@ESPViper100 Right. The hacker might think he's clever in using an EMP against Cortex Reaver in order to rescue the human, but Shodan is telling him that trapped human is too far gone to be helped in that way.
@@SergeantPsycho no. This part of the game had people alive who message the player, but they're killed before he can get there

And is annoying as that whole we're taking your weapon down and zooming in for no actual purpose is.. at least the cortex reaver is a fun fight, whereas Diego is like you know this would be really fun if we had some sort of blocking mechanic LOL then we could have had a sword fight.. but instead, if you get close we're going to one hit you so enjoy serious Sam gameplay LOL..
